    All silliness aside. Yeah. Winter does suck. But I've learned to just suck it up. The weather could be so much worse right now. Then again some of you are living in area where winter weather affects you worse than where I live. This is why I have the heater going though.

    South-central Kansas is somewhere in-between. It doesn't get magnificently cold weather often, but when it does, it hits hard. December of 2007 saw a massive ice storm that damaged practically every piece of foliage in the county and made the simple act of walking outside an exercise in tedium.
