I have logged in, I have changed my avatar, I will now disappear for half a year again and do the same when I return.
I got banned for botting in that years ago. Apparently I shouldn't have had all the region specific pokemon at the same time... Ah well. Also, getting banned probably saved me a ridiculous amount of time from playing that silly game. I look at it as a good thing.
Sort of like what happened to me on Twitch a few years back. The streamer I was watching was playing Mega Man 11, and she was complaining about one of the Fortress bosses deliberately tele-fragging her when she tried to fight it. I tried to tell her via the chat that dodging it was easier than it looked, things degenerated into an argument because I wouldn't keep my mouth shut about it, and finally to shut me up she banned me from the channel outright. I was mad at first, but in the long run it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Some of the games she streamed lasted well past 1 or 2 in the morning due to time zone shenanigans, and it wasn't doing my ability to stay awake at work any favors. ()^_^ Additionally my parents were living out of state at the time, but my Mom returned a month and a half later, and my Dad followed suit in early 2019. I couldn't see any conceivable way I could explain watching someone play video games that late to them, considering their own general distaste for them. So, yeah. Aside from one or two other broadcasts and a few failed attempts at apologizing, I haven't been back on Twitch since.
I'd never played a Pokemon game until Sun and Moon came out. I did watch the anime back in the day and saw the first movie in the theater. And now... something random:
I remember that one. I want to say that one's in one of my personal "Humor Fixes" playlists. Nice one, Rock. >^_^<
