    Yeah it is. A very demented movie about a teen who creates a gang and causes criminal mayhem. Infact, that movie ruined the song Singing In The Rain for many, due to the scene where the leader of that gang sang that while raping a older woman.

    Yeah, but that is part of the brilliant way that movie tells a story. Plus you don't get too many stories about teens who are psychopathic antagonists, so it really adds a sense of uncomfortably that teens are doing so many atrocities to adults without a second thought.
