    I installed a thing called rainmeter onto my PC it basically allows for a ton of customization on the desktop and this is what I have done so far

    I've actually completely re-done it already, I made my shortcuts a little bigger and removed the system info because it was buggy, added a clock on the right along with a volume slider and buttons to switch my audio source from headset to speakers and under that I have my web links and by clicking them I get sent straight to a website and the only one I have is here on EP

    How often do you have any of your desktop visible? I have three screens, and pretty much never see my desktop, so I don't have anything on it, but that's just me.
    Well, I have cycled wallpapers, but eh. I don't have any visible icons on the desktop. I do have stuff in the "Desktop" folder, but I just use it as another folder that I rarely use.

    This goes for both Linux and Windows.
