    Oh right that was somewhat misleading. The answer was Con Mane. I know you could maybe say that Donut Joe counts as Con Mane but even Twilight said " Joe is not sleek, stealthy Con Mane! He's big, gruff, and messy! " .. this somewhat implied that Con Mane is actually a movie or book character in Equestria and not purely made up by Pinkie.

In MMMYstery on Friendship express Pinkie accuses Donut Joe of actually being Con Mane and Pictures him using spy skills to steel her cake. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=afg0eOdVYpI Twilight than gets Joe insulted by saying he's too gruff to be Con Mane. hn.. Rex, do you know who is really Con Mane? ;p I have no clue honestly.. but if you were really omnipresent maybe you would.

    Hm, ok then. Also found something interesting out: Dr Hooves now confirmed canon name; Time Turner, is said to be jut an alias (Think of all the names Doctor Who uses) and that in the season finale in the next Doctor Who season is supposed to end in the Doctor's name being revealed, which is said to be Time Turned, concensidence? I think not.
