her mane and tail style are the same. I dunno. I don't really look for pictures of her. If the fandom could have it's way I sure there would be a bunch of neon ponies in the show or maybe even Cteno. A lot of people seem to like the Cteno as canon idea. No clue why.

Of the mane 6, I would say Rarity. I don't dislike her but she just comes in last in that hierarchy. Least favorite for the entire series would have to be Photo Finish.
Of the Mane Six? Rainbow Dash. Never have cared for the arrogant jock type. In general? Snips and Snails. Both. They stink.
rainbow dash. mostly cause i HATE over-inflated ego, and thats exactly what rainbow dash has. my two cents.
Of the mane six, it would be either Rarity or Applejack. Rarity had a few shining moments but is overall too much of a girly drama queen (not to mention a very poor representation of the element of generosity), and Applejack is a bit too stereotyped for me and I've always found her character a little boring, even if she is nice. Out of all the ponies, Snips and Snails are fairly annoying when they appear and Diamond Tiara is just an obnoxious foil for the Cutie Mark Crusaders.
I would say Trixie and Diamond Tiara, but I guess they are sort of there to be disliked! They aren't exactly villains, but the Flim Flam brothers were just plain jerks trying to steal somepony elses business.
Babs in One Bad Apple. I liked her in Apple Family Reunion but in One Bad Apple she went way to far with the bullying thing. It really made me angry when watching. Also she made Sweetie Belle cry thats minus a minimum of 250000000 likablility points. Plus I hate this face.
