"Bolt, you're awful at lying." she said. Brisk blushed a little. "Well, everything's fine. Thank you, though."
Narrowleaf rested his head on the side of the table. "Feeling better yet? Or do we have to sleep on a table tonight?" He asked, smiling.
Bolt cringed, realizing exactly what he had done. He froze, nor knowing what to do. "I'm...really sorry Leaf. I didn't want Brisk and you to be a gamble because of some mare that dropped out of nowhere. I think I snapped...a little." He said softly
"No... It's m-my fault. My judgement was clouded... I love Brisk more than anything, but I didn't want to break Addie's heart..." Narrowleaf replied.
"N-No... I was. I had a lapse of judgement, and thought about leaving Brisk for my ex-fiance... And I was wrong." Narrowleaf protested.
