Brisk followed. Willow opened her wings, and plummeted, shrieking in glee. "Soap, Star?" asked Flitter.
In the last minute, she opened her wings, and glided along the ground. "Do you want me to stop her?" asked Brisk, putting a calming hoof on his shoulder.
Star ran and grabbed a bar of soap from the bathroom. "Here, mommy!!!" She said, giving it to Flitter. "And as for me?" Cress asked "I'm throwing away all of that stupid soap! Star doesn't even use it! Every bar I buy ends up in my mouth!!!" Bolt yelled.
Flitter burst into laughter. "You two got this?" she asked, a shadow lazily floating near Bolt. Brisk chased after him. "She's a fast one, isn't she?"
Narrowleaf sighed, coming to a stop. "I... Don't... Th-think... we need... keep... going." He wheezed.
"Daddy?" Star asked. "Y-" Bolt was interrupted by Star shoving the bar of soap in his mouth, and Cress blasting him clear into the bathtub with a burst of water. He sat in the now filled bathtub, scowling as the water began to boil. "Real funny..." He sighed. Cress and Star burst out laughing uncontrollably.
Bolt stuck his head under the water, many pink soap bubbles floating to the top as he screamed. Cress used her mastery of water to cool it down just above freezing, causing Bolt to jump down and quick-dry himself. He walked out of the bathroom, looking like an angry giant red fuzzball.
Flitter laughed, and her horn glowed, as she lifted Bolt out of the tub. Brisk nodded, "But tell us before you go, ok?"
"Star, go spend some time with Auntie Cress. Daddy needs to go relax, and that's a lot easier to do when he sees Mommy's pretty eyes." Bolt said, attempting to get back at his daughter. "Ewwwww." Star replied, turning up her nose. "Oh you think that's gross, wait until you see this!" Bolt taunted. He pulled Flitter towards him and kissed her. Star hopped on Cress's back "Run away!!!" She said playfully gagging in mock-nausea. "Yes ma'am!" Cress said, running out the door. - - Auto Merge - - (Eluuna was right, multiple lines is hard. STEP IT UP NARROWLEAF!!!)
"I did it!! I flew!!" Willow cheered, running over. "Yeah... You did." Narrowleaf replied, smiling. (THERE?!! HAPPY?!!)
Flitter chuckled, at her husband and daughter. "I really hope she doesn't have any rebellious teen years.." Brisk's ears went down a little. Willow didn't notice. "It was so magical, Daddy! Could Brisk give you wings so you could fly with me?"
"I'll control her!" Bolt said in a sarcastic, valiant tone. "Like I could. Remind me to add fallout shelter to my child supplies list?" He asked Flitter jokingly. "I meant what I said about your eyes. And your coat is the most splendid color of crimson I could dream of, as well as your mane. I have no idea how I got married to such a beautiful mare." Bolt said, purple bags under his eyes still slightly noticeable. "I'm gonna go show you what waves look like!" Cress said. Star giggled and cheered.
"It's nothing," said Brisk, smiling. "I probably could give Narrow some wings for a while, if he wouldn't mind." Flitter laughed a little, blushing. "You should sleep. You look really tired, and frankly.." she said, stealing a glance at Cress, "You might want to get some cover."
Bolt turned to Flitter. "Is it me or did Brisk just get really, really sad?" He asked, a look of pained worry on his face.
