Tails began to branch out from Bolt's natural tail, as well as floating energy arms from his sides. The energy arms took the sphere and began shaping it and making it larger, leaving Bolt free to plant all four hooves on the ground. "I'll break every bone in your body if you move!" Bolt threatened.
Narrowleaf grabbed Willow, and walked away. "There's another difference between you and I... I don't have to resort to violence."
"No. The difference is that you have control over yourself." Bolt said, as all of the energy subsided, leaving him as his normal self. "You don't have monsters taking control of you. You can take control of your monsters!" He yelled in distress. The things Addie had said to him were coming true one by one, and he was terrified. He hid in the desert where Flitter couldn't find him. Dune appeared. "What are you doing here?" Dune asked, puzzled. "I lost it again...I don't think I'm strong enough to control this demon..." Bolt said "I'll teach you how..." Dune said, waiting patiently
Narrowleaf shook his head. "Let's keep goin'. He's just being a coward." He began to chase a mare, who tried to fight back with spells. Willow followed, running beside him. (Nevermind!)
Brisk followed. "Narrow, you know I agree with you, but maybe we should hunt in the Everfree for now? I mean... he seemed ready to kill you." Flitter paced the room, head down. Star came in, and Flitter looked up. "Hello, sweetie." she said, a little fake cheerfulness in her voice. Star simply sat on the bed. Flitter continued to pace.
"Yeah... Good point." Narrowleaf replied. "C'mon..." Willow ran over, ignoring what she just heard and saw.
"Y-Yeah... It was scary..." Willow replied. Narrowleaf sighed. "...He's been acting weird..." He murmured.
Dune cleared his throat. He was about to give a lecture. "Bolt, when you feel the rush of adrenaline, you let go. You let your boundaries burn, you let your guard down, you just go. You have to stop. He trotted past Flitter and Star and slammed the door to their bedroom, lying down and burying his face into the pillows, so as to hide his emotions.
"Well, we'll never let anything happen, will we?" Brisk asked Willow. Then she turned to Narrow, with a smile. "Another end of the world thing?" Flitter and Star crept into the room. "B..Bolt?"
"Go away before I make you hate me!" Bolt sobbed. Star walked over. "Daddy, why is the monster inside of you so mean? Why does it keep making you do these things?" Star asked. "I don't know...It offered me help if I could-" Bolt gasped. "It offered me help. It wanted to help me. I wasn't careful enough..." Bolt said. The beast inside seemed to suddenly calm at this recognition, allowing Bolt to be Bolt. "And now it's...docile?" Bolt said, not believing it. "Maybe all it needed was for somepony to know it was there...because it seems like I've finally gained control. Flitter, never let me use a move called Feigning Sleep. It could be deadly for all of us." Bolt ended.
Brisk ran after her. "What did you find, Willow?" "I will if I can." she replied. "Bolt, please.. Don't run away like that again. We were worried."
"Okay. Flitter, I know what you found. New Shadow Technique. Show me it." Bolt said, standing up. "You're next, Star."
"There's a unicorn!!" She replied. "Where?!" Narrowleaf asked. "I saw him..." (...Hello?! Please?!) (I'll just be here... Alone...) (Why do you both hate me?)

"You should be able to smell him out." Flitter looked at him, a questioning look in her eyes, and, suddenly, her horn glowed. She gave a lurch as the horn, full of power, sent several shadows out, and circled Bolt's head. She pulled her head back, trying to pull them in, and they went into his ear. She put her hoof to her head, and so did Bolt. Her hoof dropped to her side in surprise, as Bolt mimicked her. "Oh... my... goodness. What.." she said, experimentally moving her hoof.
"I'm fairly sure that Star will have a Binding Coffin move as well. But it will be her strongest move, not here secondary." Bolt told Flitter
