"Brisk... Dammit! Don't do it... Er... Wh-where are you?!!" Narrowleaf called, letting tears drop. (Am I the only one who got an error? Something 'bout a database?)
Brisk sent a thought message to the two of them "Goodbye. I love you both." And she plunged the dagger through her chest.
Narrowleaf heard her message. "N-no... No... BRIIIIIIIIISSSKKKK!!!!!" Narrowleaf fell to the ground, pounding his hooves against the dirt. "I'll... kill you... Luna... Hear me...? I'LL KILL YOU!!!"
Brisk fell to the ground, her dark eyes shining. The last thing she saw, as her consciousness slowly began to slip away, was a bright star. She smiled, laughed even... And then... And then... Black. (Is NarrowLeaf free now? Cause that would suck if he wasn't.) EDIT: (Like seriously. I can imagine that conversation. "Nope. Sorry. Still not free.")
"Where... Is she... Luna?" Narrowleaf said as he turned to face the highest point he could find. "Tell us... Or we both die..."
"Alright... But if sh-she's dead... I'm still going to kill us..." Narrowleaf began to dash, faster than he's ever ran. "And if she dies WHEN we get there, we die."
Brisk sat in the dark of the forest, her eyes staring at nothing, tears rolling down her face, and a small smile on her face.
Narrowleaf kicked the few pieces of door left open. "D-dammit Brisk... You..." He picked her up. "I didn't die on ya'll, so don't die on me..." He looked around. "Here... I'll find something to heal you..."
Brisk blinked, and shook her head. "No.. Narrow. I'm done for. " she said, in a soft, quiet, tranquil voice. Then, she laughed. "You weren't supposed to see these last moments." she admitted. She blinked again, slower, and smiled. "You know, these last times with you and Bolt. I think they were the best parts of my life." she said, softly. "I was myself again... I was someone I was proud to be." She nodded again weakly. "So, thank you both. Thank you guys for the time of my life." she said faintly. Her ears drooped, and she winced slightly. The dagger shifted in her chest.
"You... cold... hearted... I HATE YOU!!" Narrowleaf shrieked at Luna. He set Brisk onto the ground. "I... l-love you, Brisk..." He paused to sob. "...I'm coming." He pulled a large shard of glass from his hoof, and drove it into his own heart. "Damn... Th-this is what it feels like... I..."
Brisk shook her head. "No...No!" She said, fiercely. She winced, and put her hoof on the dagger. Slowly, she began to pull it out. She yelped in pain multiple times, and with one last tug, she pulled out the dagger. She screamed in agony. Shuddering, she crawled over to Narrowleaf. "How dare you?!" she said in anger. "You're not allowed to die. Not on my watch."
"I... thought... you... d-died...?" Narrowleaf coughed. "I... couldn't live... without y-you..." He wheezed a little. "Brisk... I..."
"I'm not that easy to kill.." she muttered. "Have a little faith?" she said. She winced, and a small pool of blood surrounded her. She stuffed her hoof into the wound, and grabbed a nearby piece of wood. She rolled Narrow onto it, and began to push it back to the castle.
