Flitter ran after and skidded to a halt. Chrysallis was right in front of them. "Well, then. Hello." she said, her eyes crinkled in malice. Flitter shuddered, and slowly became Brisk once again. "What have you done?" she asked, her voice powerful, and angry.
"Chrysallis... Give us back our friend! Or... We'll... Brisk... Ugh..." Narrowleaf didn't know what to do. He was afraid. Like usual.
Brisk gave him a smile. "'Bravery is being the only one who knows you're afraid.'" she recited, and charged up her horn. Chrysallis laughed, and did the same. With a grin, Brisk's eyes lost their pupil, and many, many voices, some not either hers or Flitter's poured out of her mouth. "A thousand lost lives exist within our deepest midst. Those who could have been. Those who are. They entertwine into an evergrowing vine, twisting, melding the futures together. They are hopeless, except for one life. One spark of life. This spark is the ability to do good for those who are in the timeline. And the one who provides that spark, well, they care.. That is why you will perish tonight. That is why, you will never torment another again. With a screech, several figures swooped from the stars. Some were recognizable, but most were not. Millions of ponies began to charge Chrysallis.
Narrowleaf hesitated, but charged as well, kicking any Changelings who stood in his way. "I love you three. You've been my friends, and I'm going to fight until I die!!" He paused. "I'm not going... to... quit!"
"Thanks! I... don't think I would be alive if I-" Before Narrowleaf could finish, Celestia slammed him to the ground. "You traitor!! Discord was on our side! And you killed him?!"
Brisk sprinted to Celestia, and charged her horn. "Celestia! How dare you!" she said, her eyes narrowed in hatred,
"You were there, Brisk! He burnt Discord alive, back when..." Celestia stopped. "I... Discord was an ally!!" Narrowleaf was trying to kick her off, but failed.
"Close, Brisk..." Narrowleaf said. "This is Chrysallis. Celestia abandoned us. And she-" Chrysallis stabbed her horn into Leaf's chest before he could say anymore. "Stupid ponies... You never stood a chance." "B-brisk..."
London organized the medicine cabinet unaware of things around her. She hummed a sung she was making up, suddenly a loud noise came from the hall. Faux hurried out and followed the noise.
Brisk screamed, and threw her horn through Chrysallis' heart. She looked at Narrow, her eyes wide. "Luna. We'll get you through this." she promised. She put her horn against the wound, and the wound attempted to fix itself.
"It's... so... cold... Brisk..... Go find Bolt... He's more... Important..." Narrowleaf moaned, "Brisk... I... will..... always l-" He stopped suddenly.
A fragment of Chrysallis' horn dropped from Narrowleaf's body. It glowed faintly, like the moon on a rainy night.
Brisk started to cry. She couldn't help it. Two out of the three ponies she loved in the world were possibly dead, and she was so alone in this sick waste of a world.
Narrowleaf's eyes began to open and let tears drop. He slowly began to breathe. "...Brisk... I don't... know how long... I... have..."
"Shut up." she said, her horn glowing. She picked up the horn. and inspected it. She caught sight of a vision. The horn... key.
