"There right ahead of Dark," says Rashall pointing out the golem lying in wait. Without a word Nether Wisp fires a pulse from her prisim lance smacking the golem in the chest and turning it to dust.
Dark Shine woke up again and went back to his balcony. He looked out to the rest of Ponyville and saw that there was an... Unfamiliar face, in Snows garden. Having nothing better to do, Dark Shine flew down. "Hey Snow! Am I interupting in anything?"
(I'm going to guess you knocked on the door.) "Oh hey Dark Shine!" Snow said to Dark shine, "What brings you?"
Dark shrugged. "I got time off. So, I figured I'd check up on you, since your the closest friend. How are you?"
"Fine, me and Winter found out some great news recently but could you please come inside before I tell you?" Snow said.
After Snow closed the door and they made their way into the sitting room, Snow faced Dark Shine, "I'm going to having a baby." she said after taking a big breath.
Dark Shine looked on at Snow. Half in amazement, half in joy. "Congratulations! Thats great news! but, why did you tell me to keep it secret?"
"I want to be the pony to tell everypony." Snow said simply, "You know, I think I'm getting hungry, I'll be right back." and Snow left the room leaving Dark shine and Winter alone. "I hope this doesn't turn out to be as bad as I hear about pregnancy." he grumbled.
Dark Shine tilted his head. "What do you mean? Mr and Mrs Cake had babies, and they turned out fine."
"No, I'm talking about the time before the babies are born. Mood swings, cravings, morning sickness and the like." Winter said, "And I pray that it isn't twins like with the cakes, that's more than we can handle, what with me going off on missions for Canterlot constantly and Snow being head of Mark Co., we'ld barely have enough time for one!"
Dark rubbed the back of his head with his hoof. "I wouldn't know. I've never had children and my Girlfriend left me the other day." His face lit up as if an idea sparked in his head. "I could be a foal-sitter! Then, you would not have to worry!"
Dark Shines ears perked up a bit. "I think I heard something outside..." Dark motioned to the front door.
Winter nodded, showing that he heard it as well. He crept closer to the door and held a hoof telling Dark to hold up.
Dark Shine waited a bit back. He knew next to nothing about fighting, if it was something dangerous. Although, he knew, that it would take a crazy pony to just attack a house.
Winter opened the door to see Karl passed out in the garden, he growled, "One second." he ran up and jammed Karl in the side with his horn at full speed, "Get outa here!" he yelled, "Find somewhere else to sleep!"
Dark Shine was shocked. "Um... I think he is unconsious!" He instantly flew faster and using his fore hooves, lifted Karl up into the air with him. "If something is wrong, I'll get help. Till then, he can rest in my cloud. I'll finish talking with you later. Tell Snow I said bye!" He flew off, with Karl, to his house."
