"I live down in town square, my parents run a sandwich shop." Fire replied, "What part of ponyville do YOU live in?"
"I live close to the Everfree forest. Me and my dad go flying while my mom invents things." She scrapes her hooves against the ground, embarrassed.
"That's pretty cool! My mom won't even let me go near the Everfree! And your mom's an inventor? That's twice as cool!" Fire said, genuinely.
Snow and her mother stepped out off the train at the Ponyville Station, "Remember Snowy, we're goin to be here a while as your father is trying to expand here." Snow nodded, she preferred not to talk right now. As they walked through the town, they passed by the school just as it was letting out, "Uh, mom?" Snow asked shyly. "Go ahead, you know where to find me." Moonlight said with a kind smile, before walking off, leaving Snow to go say hello to the other little colts and fillies. Snow noticed a small group and headed towards them, but not too eagerly as they looked to be talking amongst themselves, and due to her lifestyle back in Canterlot, she didn't have very much social experience.
She giggled. "Maybe you could come flying with me and my dad some time!" She smiles brightly and looks at the approaching pony.
Snow saw one look towards her, and decided that was a sign she could join, so she got closer to them and said, "Howdy, I'm Snow Mark" she said in a bit of a country accent rubbed off from her father, "Who are y'all?"
"I'd love to!" Fire said in response to Gea, then looked to the approaching filly with a smile, "My name's Firebreeze!"
"Something that may surprise y'all is that ah'm actually from Canterlot, my father's just, well, a very countrified pony. Apparently he's wantin to put in one of 'is restrauants here, so here ah am." Snow said, "Ah was half expecting y'all to be shocked by mah accent."
She giggles. "Not here. Accents express individua-individuale..." Gea stumbles over the word individuality. "Differentness!" She smiles, embarrassed.
Snow looked down, feeling embarrassed, "Yea, ah guess it makes since y'all don't care 'bout accents, but ah'm just used to it, so Ah usually don't talk whole lot."
Snow smiled at the mention of horseshoes, that's one game her father had taught her about a lot, "How bout horseshoes?" she suggested.
"Sure!" Fire said looking around for somewhere to play, "I don't think the school has what we need to play, though..."
