There was a creak and suddenly, light filled the chamber. Aspen had never seen light like this before. It was bright and golden, but not like the artificial rays of Icarus. Dust motes swirled in the air as they dropped in dead air, and Dali moved his hands as the aircraft adjusted. A red sun was setting over the horizon, and the aircraft bucked with strong winds. The ground was covered in a dark green grass and thick dead trees covered the landscape.
"Yep. And there's Icarus." Mo pointed up at a huge, almost spiderlike machine. It had long, thick, needle-like legs hundreds of feet high that strode across the horizon, moving the giant city of Icarus slowly across the world.
"This was..." He huffed before shaking his head. "While Dali's landing, can you try and take out this inhibitor chip? I can't explain everything."
