The full moon hung in the air and August looked up with a grin. "It's beautiful, huh?"
She looked up in awe. "It's so real."
"I forget that you haven't seen it."
She looked over at him. "It's a good experience."
"It's only just begun, Aspen. C'mon."
She nodded, going to follow.
They crept into the forest, with August looking around.
She followed, watching the trees.
"We're going to be looking for owls, okay?"
"What do they look like?"
"Owls? A little creepy sometimes, if I'm honest."
She tilted her head. "Oh.. Well we can find one."
“I believe in our capabilities!”
She nodded, keeping close.
They came into the forest and August looked up. "Can you climb trees?"
"I can try!"
"Head up this one."
She nodded, starting up.
He waited for her to get to the top, looking up at her nervously.
She held tight. "I'm okay. You coming?"
