Dark light had descended coming face to face with Ace, there was a moments pause as they stared at each other. And Dark's eye's became the same shade of blue as Snow's, as if Snow from deep within her was trying to let him know that she was still there.
Zephyr examined a map and began to think. His wings would occasionally twitch about as he formulated ideas inside of his head. A smile spread across his face as his eyes lit up. "This all happened during the show correct?" he asked. His smile began to extend itself as he was unable to contain his joy. "When I visited towns I would always hear local magic students complain about magical equations, and formulas and whatnot. So what I was thinking is that if we can figure out the spell that triggered all of this we could probably find some sort of inverse equation which could reverse the effects of the spell... Though we'd need some sort of sample, one of those minions oughta do it." Silence struck the room as all of the ponies stared at Zephyr after he had finished speaking. "...What? When you've got nothing to do for days at a time, you read what you can." he said scratching the back of his head.
Edge had been talking with the generals until the elevator dung "Ah! The messengers are already here," he got to the elevator and saw Snow but she was infected Edge was flabbergasted. Edge quickly pulled out his gun and suddenly the army quickly got out their swords and laser guns "Halt! Snow we will shoot if you move!" Edge yelled but every pony knew that he could not shoot his own friend.
Ace backed away slowly "Snow?" he whispered softly looking at her. She looked so diffrent he walked to her looking into her eyes "Don't you remember me?"
Snow was about to overpower Dark Light in the battle of her mind while she was distracted, but the suddenly pointing of guns gave Dark the advantage and Snow was once again forced into the corners of her mind. Dark Light looked at the crowd and gave a maniacal laugh, "Fools, you have done nothing but help me! The Snow Mark you know of is now locked in the deepest crevices in my mind! She was about to come out, but you fools betrayed her!" more manaical laughter.
((Well *BLEEP* )) Edge looked at Snow and shook his head "No! Your just trying to get in my head! You demon!" Edge yelled, "Now!!" suddenly 4 aliens came from the sides and trapped her inside the same laser cage he was in. "Bring her into the detention center!" Edge yelled he went back to the map and every pony went back to their post leaving Ace there by himself.
Dark Light easily broke the grasp of the aliens with a concussion spell, knocking the 4 out. She turned to Edge, "Well, looks like someone found themselves a private army, and from the looks of their aura, their from a book, and they're fading fast! Oh didn't you know, they can't stay in our world forever, the more time goes on, they will slowly weaken and weaken untill they're nothing but dust!" she once again started laughing, " Oh, and if you don't belive I'm really Snow, how about a dimenstration!" suddenly, the black pony was replaced by a white one, "Help me, run for it!" Snow said before Dark Light took back over. "Now, if you don't mind, I have a Princess to return to!" and in a massive black cloud, she disappeared. When it settled, they realized she took more than herself, the Princess and several ponies were missing from the chamber as well.
Edge screamed in rage and threw everything onto the floor screaming something no pony could understand he grabbed 5 laser guns and teleported himself out he was now in the middle of ponyville. "Come and take me!" he yelled he pulled out 2 guns and started firing shots killing the ponies fast Edge was now laughing like a maniac! "Die! Die! All of you must die!" Edge screamed.
Edge suddenly found himself completly wrapped up in magicaly chains and the weapons were ripped from him. "I knew that you would try to attack." Dark light said before knocking hin out.
Ace opened his eyes again and groaned as he got to his feet he was in ponyville again. He looked back Three dark ponies charged at him muttering to themselves thay were shadows of the former selves he ran for it raming his sholder into a door bashing it open and closeing it behind him. He baracaded it and looked for a weapon.
After tying down Edge, she turned towards him, "What exactly did you think you would gain from this, nevermind, dont awnser that. Now, time for a little corruption, and don't worry, you won't be as mindless as the others, you'll just be my personal assistant." she said lowering her horn to his head.
Edge's face was emotionless the corruption quickly took without him resisting the blackness took over him and he was now incased in darkness. Edge quickly got up is eye twitched and shook his head and smiled a evil grin "you don't think you can take away my mind!" he spat, he tried to leave but suddenly he felt a pain "great I can't leave without you," he stood by snow's side muttering to himself.
Two guards walked to Dark whispering in her ear. "someone else is in the town I think he may have been sent here as well." Ace gritted his teeth as the corrupted pony tacked him the the ground two others lay dead near him Ace closed his eyes and kicked him off. He grabed a sharp piece of wood and jabed it into the corupted pony pining it to the ground. It cryed out in pain but soon bleed out. Ace closed his eyes wimpering softly he had never killed something before it didn't feel right.
Dark come up behind him,"I know you don't want to do that. Just let me change you and you wont have to kill another thing. All I need is your cooperation." Dark said to him in Snow's voice (Dark's voice is a little more gravely and sinister than Snow's)
Ace backed away from her His breath was shaky. He wanted to run but his legs would not move. "Don't do this."
(sent you to Canterlot, the pain of distance would either fully break you or you being forced to return) Dark walked up to Ace, "You know, the sooner you let Twilight take Equestria, the sooner you get your precious Snow back." her eyes became that of Snow's, "Now dosent that sound attractive to you. You would still have your mind, and once this little war's over, Snow will come back, everyporby will be back, the only thing different would be a different alicorn on the throne."
Edge had teleported back to the base and he screamed in pain "ARGH! YOU *BLEEP*," he yelled, he thrashed around and his magic had spewed out but it wasn't the purple color but the color had been pure black. It started to rip ponies in half or slicing through them he was tired to be killed but the whole base was dead he was even thrashing harder and teleported himself back to Snow he was raging "You son of a-" Edge was about to say something until his pain stopped he cursed under his breath and gave you the evil eye.
