Ace coughed as he stumbled out of town hall it was a blaze now and starting to fall apart he coughed trying to get fresh air.
Snow stumbled into town, clearly exhausted. She saw brightly colored ponies again, she stumbled to town Center.
Firebreeze and the other two pegasi landed near where they saw the explosion to see many ponies just standing around. Firebreeze saw snow first and decided to approach her. He chuckles a bit, knowing the ponies have probably gone through some serious stuff "you guys always seem to get into some of serious trouble, eh? "
Snow barely heard firebreeze talking and only responded with a grunt. She made it to town center, saw that Ace was safe, and collasped with exhaustion
Firebreeze looked towards the injured Ace. He sits down and sighs. He thinks "I always seem to miss the important parts... Those parts where, maybe, just maybe, I could have made a difference..."
Edge's still body was lying their on the body until Ace had knocked a support beam making the roof colasped leaving the debre toppling onto his body. His body was horribly crushed and to make worse Ace had set the ablaze leaving his poor crushed body to be set on flames. The building collased Ace had rushed out of the building leaving the Edge's body to burn.
Snow's head suddenly perked up, it wasn't just Ace in there, oh Celestia no! she turned to Firebreeze hoping to her feet, "Firebreeze, Edge is still in there!" and she ran into the burning building.
Firebreeze perked up "aw, crag!" he flew into the building by crashing through a wall. "EDGE!" he yelled out. He then saw a head poking out of a pile of debris. "Snow! Over here!" he landed by the debry, "help me get this off him!" Firebreeze began to buck off the debris.
Snow ran over," Watch out! I'm going to try to lift it clear! Firebreeze, just keep the fire at bay!" Snow concentrated and lifted the wood beams on Edge and moved them out of the way. "Firebreeze, lets get him out of here!" she yelled, coughing on the smoke.
As you push wooden derbis and drag Edge into the open his body didn't react to the change. His body laid on the ground not moving at all as the skin boiled and popped from the cold air hitting the heated body. His chest seemed to sink into itself and it looked like a large amount of his ribs had been broken. His left back hoof was also bent at a excrutiating angle.
Firebreeze puts Edge on the ground outside, he looks at the poor pony and sighs "This world is insane..."
You had all brought Edge to the hospital with quick speed everyone had gasped in horror after seeing his body even the nurses and doctors. They had got a gurney and quickly brought Edge to a room it had been several days but he had been saved his magic had a safeguard for his interal organs and brain but after being left their for several minutes some of the smoke had damaged his brain. He was damaged beyond even magic could help. His damaged was now he had lost part of his sanity he is now a unstable and could break at moment.
Snow was outside, waiting to hear news on Edge's condition, when Twilight walked up. "Hey Snow, sorry about the whole mess, I just got carryed away by the power." Snow laughed, "It's fine to me, but you might want to apolgize, you might want to talk to the other people who were acually affected. I know that past Ponyville it was mostly Dark's fault but still." she told her.
Ace walked next to Edges bed looking down at him aside from a few cuts Ace had made it out okay. It was his fault Edge had gotten hurt. He looked down "im so sorry." he whisperd and started to walk away.
A small earth pony walked up to the pair and cleared his throat. "I can clear that up for you two. I'm his doctor. I'm afraid that...well I highly doubt he will wake up the same person. His physical scars can never be healed and I'm afraid he is going to be limping at best for the rest of his life. His brain is also having some...problems. You see the smoke should have killed him, but his magic protected his brain cells from being destroyed. But something happened to the brain cells. We have yet to identify what exactly, but you two shoud be happy your friend is even alive. Good day." With a short bow to the two he went back to tend to the other paitents of the hospital.
