Snow just stared at them, not really knowing how to respond, but decided to warn them of something, "Hey, I need to tell y'all something. I wasnt able to destroy Dark." she looked at their shocked faces before continueing," You see, instead of destroying her, I absorbed her, which means she's still here, just trapped in my mind. So if something happened, she might take advantage and try to take over my body again."
Firebreeze is surprised by the news of Dark Light's continued existence. "so... She's trapped in your mind... How easily do you think she could take over?"
"I don't know, it could be like with my incidents like if I'm extremely angry or something, or she might just try to take over out of no where. I just don't know yet, only time can tell." she told them. She was just thankful that her risky plan worked in the first place.
((2-4... Well, hell, that's like Solar Empire's one. I can keep up with that.)) Brave "YOU." The angry unicorn just walked straight to Snow, coming out of the Everfree forest, and screaming. Brave "Do you have any idea of what you made me pass through?" When Brave Cape was standing right in front of her, it could be seen that said stallion was in a very bad state of affairs: he had scratches and wounds all over him, half of his body and most of his white cape were covered in blood, and his tail was twisted and looking as broken as a broken bone. Brave "After your first ordeal with Twilight Sparkle, I went to the forest to search for you and your kidnappers. And I stepped on that damn joke flower! I couldn't reach you because I didn't remember anything that I learned, and all my spells made the inverse effect! I got teleported to the Ursa Major's cave for Celestia's Sake!" He paused. Then continued his ranting: Brave "After the effect passed, and trotting through the apparently very SHARP part of Everfree Forest" He was taking out splinters as he was talking "I finally arrived at Canterlot only to see you and your new friends's tails baiting me to the castle. When I got there, BOOM, a huge explosion and I got throw off farther than Luna's place of banishment!" He stopped to gather more breath. Brave "When I finally managed to get back to Ponyville, you and Twilight were doing quite a SHOW there, if you know what I mean. Geez, those damn tentacles almost got me. So I galloped to Canterlot again, luckily escaping all of the madness that ensued all over Equestria. But once more, my good luck was short as always, since there were you again, or should I say, DARK LIGHT. Right at the throne-elevator thing Celestia invented for dire emergency situations, and I couldn't reach you in time to stop you. All I could do was to listen to shooting lasers and magic effects, when I finally got up there, everypony was gone! Then I saw a HUGE castle at, guess what, Ponyville." He stopped again. He almost passed out, closing his eyes out of exhaustion and sleepyness. He opened them suddenly and focused again. Brave "Where was I? Ah, yes, the castle. So, when I finally returned from where I should have never left, the entire town was in utter chaos and I could see were two essences clashing like the damn end of the world. And suddenly it was all over, and there was fire and debris everywhere. And I hear screams from what I believe were Edge's, that fine fortune telling unicorn. I couldn't leave him to die, but I was in no state to help him. I couldn't even move a blank, using my legs or my horn. So I gave up and rested on the Everfree Forest, and guess what: I got the damn JOKE DISEASE AGAIN!" He tried to demonstrate, pointing his horn to Snow. It began to shine briefly, and suddenly a flash of light ensued, and Brave Cape got thrown back to a tree, and some apples fell on his head. Dazzed, he tried to get up, and after a minute or two, managed to stand right in front of Snow again. "And that's all YOUR fault! So now, I'm going to maintain a VERY watchful eye over you, so that you don't mess up anymore, and then I... I... I will... Ah... blushmushswooshwub... " He muttered some more incomprehensible sounds before finally passing out.
Ace looked down at the pony "Well......That was something." he looked around and found a doctor trying to get the pony some help. After a few doctor came to check on him or what was left of him. Ace looked at Snow. "you okay?" He Remimberd what she had said about Dark still being a part of her. To be honest he was terafied last thing he wanted to do was be in that situation again.
Snow was slowly backing away while Brave was ranting and after he passed out, she ran off bawling, she had never meant to cause that much trouble, and she was being treated terrible for it
Edge's eyes slowly opened his eyes and suddenly the pain kicked in Edge screamed once again doctors and nurses came rushing in "the painkillers! They ran out give him more!" one of the doctors yelled. The nurses got another I.V bag filled with clear liquid they quickly brought up the I.V and put it into Edge's leg he started to thrash less and quickly became all woozy and he started to mumble words and quickly fell asleep.
About one hour passed by. Brave "Wah... What happened?" All he could hear was some noise coming from the other room. "... give him more?" Then, the memory started to kick in. Brave "Ah, damnit. I was too hard on her. I didn't meant for her to cry, I meant to... Tell her to be careful. And that I was going to protect her or something, until we can sort this out." Brave Cape was pretty much healed. He could still feel the pain warping on his entire body, but after he looked at it, he felt much better. All the splinters and wounds were gone, and there were some few scars, but all was right. By luck or destiny, his cape was over a chair near to his bed, already washed and cleaned. He put it on and went to the corridor. Nurses and other medical staff were just leaving a room. Then, his doctor left it as well, and he called out for him. The medic's eyes opened up: "You're not supposed to be out of bed yet!" Brave "But I'm fine doc. See? Just scars... Some pain... Nothing I can't handle. I've been stagnant for too long." He tried to seem as healthy as possible. The doctor seemed to relax a bit, but his face still frowned. "Fine. You're a strong pony, but take it lightly. If you come by again anytime soon, you're going to rest for a day at the very least! Besides, I have worst problems to take care of." The unicorn then re-entered the same room he left. Brave Cape trotted out of the hospital, with one objective in mind: To find Snow, and explain the situation crystal clear. Apparently, she didn't notice all the stress made him go almost... Insane with grief and blood and wounds and all he passed through. Hell, he does not remember if he passed through worst times like that. Besides... She was a pretty pony. Brave didn't want to make her feel sad or anything. Brave "Now, where could you have gone to?" The stallion wondered as he stopped by the central plaza of the town. ((This is a most excellent example of what Zephyr said and actually do. If instead of just posting thousands of small actions you make every post count for it and be as most detailed as possible and make the world interact more and etc; this thread is going to be much more organized, enjoyable, and possible of actually being able to follow and keep up with. Come on, try everypony! One thing that I think that may be limiting you it is that you're too focused on your own pony actions. You may take control of some unimportant ponies that you know how would they act in said situation. Maybe even one of us, if all that is needed is a small reaction, such as a nod or some very few words that won't really change much. That also gives a bit more influence in the story and makes it more interesting and dynamic. Once more, try everypony! Also, since today is still part of the WEEKEND, I can post ALMOST as fast as you guys. But try to limit the posts when we enter the normal and lame days of the week.))
Firebreeze spent the next hour catching up with friends, making sure they were all ok and such. Then he turned around to see brave, "Hey, buddy! Are you ok? I've never seen a pony pass out from ranting before..."
Snow lay in a darkened room in her new house, crying her eyes out. When a shadowy figure appeared before her like a ghost. "Snow, why so sad? You could just let me take over and you won't have to feel anymore sadness." the shade said. Snow glared at the shade, "Shut up Dark. The moment I let you take over, you'ld go on a rampage and pribably kill or corrupte evrypony." "Oh Snow, I just want to take over to help you get revenge on that mean pony Brave that you thought was a friend." "Shut up Dark! You aren't going to convince me to hand my body over!" "Fine then, your choice. But your going to regret it, you will regret it." and Dark's shade faded, and Snow went back to crying.
Ace knocked on snows door opening it "Snow?" He could hear her crying. He walked slowly through her house looking for her. "Snow?" He saw her crying in a corner and troted over to her.
Zephyr reclined on a cloud over a field off to the side of Ponyville. He relaxed in the cool spring sky and soaked up the sun's warm sunbeams as he let his mind drift around the past day's events. He stared up into the orange evening sky as he reflected. "First there's some sort of killer mist that just randomly vanishes, then somebody get's kidnapped, and THEN there's some evil corruption mumbo jumbo that turns people into zombie things." Zephyr mumbled to himself quietly. "I honestly just want to find a place to settle down, though all of this shenanigans is making it hard." He pulled a pouch out of his bag and began tossing it up and down in the air. Every time he caught it in his hoof it would make a loud TSH sound as all of the bits inside collapsed on top of each other. He sighed, sitting up and opening the bag he peered inside to examine how many bits he had. "This should last me a while, though I really don't want to continue doing this sort of thing." he said as he closed the bag and fell back down onto the soft embrace of the cloud. He tilted his head up and looked at the ground from upside down perspective. There a few hundred meters away was a green mare searching frantically for something she seemed to have misplaced. Zephyr looked back down into his hoof and tossed the pouch up once more. He offered a quiet thanks and closed his eyes. He had felt no guilt for the green mare. Over the years he had stolen countless amounts of things just to make ends meet and even to survive, as far as his conscious was concerned it was just another thing to him. The sun fell behind the cover of the trees off on the horizon and a large shadow was cast over Ponyville. Zephyr's mind wandered to the more recent events that took place. Snow had messed up badly, and everyone seemed really irritated with her. Some had been screaming at her and others simply held her accountable for everything that had transpired. It was an accident though, right? And she had tried what should could to fix her mistake, right? This was reason enough for Zephyr to completely forgive her, if she found herself in the same situation again there was little chance she'd actually screw up in the same way, so there was no reason to be angry. He sighed and hesitantly rolled off the side of the cloud. As he fell through the air he shot open his wings and they caught the air with a strong upwards jerk as he soared off into the distance. He was off to Snow's house to cheer her up, though he found himself regretting the decision already, for whenever he was around Snow something bad always seems to happen.
Haze wandered off home in the darkness, alone. She reached her garden and trudged through the snow which was permanently set on her lawn, it crunching beneath her hooves. She was thinking about the events of that long day, how what was supposed to be a race around had ended up as yet another endangering adventure. She just hoped things would calm down again, become a little more like they were before she had bumped into those ten or so ponies. Of coarse, she wanted the ponies to remain here... but a little peace for a day or two would be nice. Closing the door after herself, she was greeted by the warmness of her home. She climbed up the stairs and looked out one of her windows, one that overlooked the town. She wondered how the others were doing. What ever happened to mono? Was Edge okay? had she been too hard on snow? She needed to get talking to some of the other ponies, she realised that she hadn't said much to some of them for a while, like Brave for example. Maybe they should all go do something together, like go bowling or something....
Snow finally stopped crying and had turned around to see Ace standing there. She junped in shock, "Ace! What are you doing here? How long have you been standing there? Why arent you with..." she suddenly dropped off to see Dark's shade standing in the corner, her words resonating in her head, "You will regret you decision." Suddenly she got a massive headache, one that was so painful she collasped to the ground yelling "Make it stop! make it stop!" the pain was unbearable as Dark tryed to force her way into control of her mind. "You will regret, you will bow before me!" Dark said in her head. "No! No I wont!" she yelled, sounding absoultely mad to Ace
Ace looked at her taking a few steps back. He soon got the courage and ran to her to see if she was okay. "Snow whats wrong?" He was tuned out by her yelling. He felt helpless. He needed to go find help but what if she needed him.
Zephyr swooped down and landed outside of Snow's house. Touching down, his ears perked up as he heard Snow screaming from inside. He sighed. 'Looks like some sort of *squee!*storm is about to go down yet again' he thought to himself. He looked over at Ace, who seemed to be sitting there confused until he ran into the house. Zephyr took a step into the house to investigate Snow's screaming for himself. Once inside, he saw Snow collapsed on the floor clutching her head while screaming at the top of her lungs. She was the epitome of pain from the looks of it. Looking over at Ace, he seemed confused, and torn at the same time occasionally glancing over at the door and then back at Snow, though upon seeing Zephyr trot a wave of relief washed over his face. Zephyr trotted over to Snow and looked down at her, she had a tear or two coming out of her eyes and her screaming was making it difficult to think, so Zephyr did the one thing he thought of. He kneeled down next to Snow and pulled her into a hug in an attempt to calm her down. He used his hoof to pet the back of her head. He whispered "Shhh, it's okay." into her ear and continued to console her.
Facade frowned as he poked around at his destroyed wagon. "Trixie was right...Ponyville is a curse.." He muttered as he looked around at the general destruction of the small town. "I better find who the hell did this and convince the pony to give me all the bits I lost..." He snorted and galloped off planning on finding someone who could lead him to the pony he was searching for.
The doctors and nurses hade finally stiched up Edge and healed him the best they could the doctor looked at Edge he was covered in scars and one of his legs a little bent. After a few minutes Edge had woken up but felt sore everywhere in his entire body he groaned and moaned. A doctor had came into the room "dont worry you will fell better in a couple of hours," the doctor said. A nurse had barged into the room and she had yelled something and he quickly left after a couple of seconds Edge fell out of his bed he dragged himself out of the hospital and trying to find his friends.
Brave "Yeah, I'm fine. Do you know where Snow's house is?" Firebreeze "Sure, follow me." Both ponies trotted to Snow's house and entered it. The first thing they heard was the screaming. Suddenly, Brave Cape though of a terrible possibility. Brave "Snow!" He ran to find all her friends surrounding her, while she was all curled up, twisting and screaming at enourmous heights. Brave "Let me pass!" Some of them weren't so convincing, and maybe were mad at him for what he did to the female Unicorn. But eventually, he reached her. Brave "If you're hearing me" he whispered to her, as he leaned closer "I learned this with Twilight." Then, he touched his horn in at her forehead. Both horns shined to extensive heights, and suddenly they were only shining lightly. He tried to search for good memories between both of them, but there weren't many. Brave "Not yet." He hoped, and blushed for a moment. He then gave her his own good memories, all that he learned, and all the good families he passed through in Ponyville. Then he searched deeper for her own memories, such as when she discovered essence magic, and her time with Celestia. And then, he forced the better feeling he could find inside himself. Whilst doing it, he said: Brave "I am sorry. I was too hard on you. I meant I'm going to protect you from now on, and help you control the nightmare concealed deep inside you, and help you use its power for the good. All is going to be fine... I'm going to help you."
