"Well, if what he says is true, then what right does Celestia have in the first place?" Snow asked, "And didn't you have somepony you were looking for?" She asked Intrude
Intrude's head shot up. "Right, yes. Thanks, Snow." she said, knowing the pony from around town. She galloped off.
(Hey, Eluuna? You know, I've been waiting for you to focus on March a bit, seeing as Quickstar got teleported back to the house and March has been all alone there, and Quickstar's trying to comfort him, but I don't want to pilot March since he's your character...)
(Oh, I'm sorry! I appreciate it.) March paused in his sobbing. "H..Hello?" he sniffed, looking around.
Quickstar poked his head around the doorframe, seeing March curled up in a ball, his eyes red from weeping. "Hey, it's okay," he whispered comfortingly. "Don't worry, your sister's fine, and I promise she'll be back soon, safe and sound. How about we go downstairs and wait for her together, huh?"
March sniffed, and stood up. It was then noticeable how thin he was. Come to think of it, Intrude was quite thin too. March's wings absolutely enveloped him. He walked over to Quickstar. "OK." he said, nodding.
Quickstar had quite a bit of experience with dealing with personal issues with his students. Of all the teachers, he seemed to be the one they came to when they needed help, and in a case like this, he knew actually pointing it out would be a bad idea. Quickstar couldn't just leave a situation like this as it was, but it would take a delicate touch to approach the topic, so for now, he just guided March downstairs and went into the kitchen. "How about I fix us up some quick soup while we wait for Intrude, huh? I'm not exactly a master chef, but I can put something tasty together every now and then."
"Oh, it's no trouble at all! I was feeling pretty hungry anyway, and it's no trouble to add a bit more in." Ah, so it was like that then. Proud and considerate, but in circumstances nopony could be expected to handle on their own. A VERY delicate approach then. Even the slightest hint that this was charity, and all future help would be refused. He made sure to add enough into the pot for three servings, knowing that the best excuse would be that it would all go to waste otherwise. Besides, he needed to have a talk with her about what had just happened to them both.
(Another page jump....great) Lancer stayed and swore to turn Equestria into a democracy. While she approved of Tremailion's plan, Crimson might be more reluctant at first but will eventually join with Tremailion and his cousin. She was clever with the bow and hopped that she didnt use it, but it seems unlikely that the scenario she had thought of in her head would come into effect. Sooner or latter, she had to fight.
Tyler didnt know what to do so he got up and wiped away the tears. He then went to his mothers home. He moved the welcome mat and picked up the spare key. When he went inside he called out "Mom! Where are you I need your support" "Im up here sweetie" his mom called back. Tyler went upstairs and saw his mom sitting on the bed looking at a necklace that she got from her late husband. "I remember when your father got me this it was the day we met." (Do you guys want to hear this or not?)
Once the trains were back up and running. Fire took the first one to Canterlot. Once she got there she popped into Lances Tavern.
Under the dark twilight the silent storm clouds above provided, a detachment of Tremalion's army surrounded Ponyville, with one clear objective, capture or kill the Elements of Harmony. Then, at unspecified time, a sound like thunder tore through the air and a explosion followed soon. The siege of Ponyville had begun, and the Champions were trapped inside. (Tremalion's forces are about the technological equivalent of 17-18th century armies, while Equestria is obviously about Medival with random tech from various times. Also: if you get in direct combat, I shall roll dice to determine the outcome)
Kleft trotted about outside, under the blackness of the clouds. He thought of lighting his horn so as not to strain his eyes, but the risk was too great. These bastards are here for blood, eh? They also bring with them the storm. I am here to dissipate it. He found himself wandering around almost aimlessly. Kleft cursed himself for not mapping out the town sooner, as he had no idea where anything was. Those 'elements,' I have to find them. I'll get nothing done on my own.
Quickstar heard the blasts just as the soup finished. Normally he'd have abandoned the meal and gone out to investigate, completely disregarding his personal safety, but... But right now, it's not just me I need to worry about. Until Intrude gets here, I've got a young colt to look after, and his safety takes top priority. Still, there's no way I can risk leaving that little guy without any family... Quickstar trotted out of the kitchen with the soup pot and three sets of bowls and spoons held in his magic. "March, something dangerous is happening outside, and I need to make sure you stay safe. I'm putting this soup down in my workroom, just follow the pot and you'll get there, feel free to help yourself. That room is the most heavily shielded place in the house, so nothing will be able to get you there. DO NOT leave it until I get back." "As for me...I'm going to look for your sister."
A loud sound rocked Dreamer's home, forcing him awak with a start. He rushed outside his home and saw no pony at all. He knew something bad related to what had just happened to him was going on. He turned towards the center of town and began running, eventually crashing into a large gong outside an Asian-style restaurant, a couple doors away from Kleft's location. "Ow..."
Intrude looked up, and her ears drooped in fear. Where the buck was it? Coming in the rain had been one thing, but now? She closed her eyes, and thought. Having great control over her mind was a blessing, and she looked up, and trotted to Quickstar's house, and knocked quickly, as if the brain was saying to the hoof, "Move quickly. I want to see some action." March looked a little fearful. "Are you sure that's wise?" he asked. "I mean, I can help." He stood bravely.
Quickstar smiled down at the young colt. "I'm sure you can, but think about your sister. If anything happened to you, what would she think? Believe me, she would want you sa-" Just then, he heard a knock. Huh...seems I won't have to go looking for her after all, he thought as he opened the door and saw Intrude waiting there. Before she could say a word, Quickstar told her in a tone that would brook no argument "Inside. Now. Your brother wants to 'help' us out here, and you and I need to talk about what just happened. Your brother's safety relies on him not doing anything reckless, and I'm pretty sure you're the only one who can make sure of that."
A flash of relief crossed her face. "I can't thank you enough." she said. "And, yes. We do have to talk. That was.... crazy." She stepped in the house.
