    So everypony knows.
    Basically, the amulet is a very old and ancient amulet.
    The top half, the essence of peace, prevents movement but allows the target to speak only with thought.
    The bottom half, the essence of danger, aids the user in great ways.
    If both are used together, it makes the user see more than any normal would see.
    However, it will end up taking some energy from the user. Because it was targeting two ponies, it pretty much knocked Dark out.
    It will last until it feels that it no longer needs to hold them.
    It looks like a yin and yang, only with Pegasi

    It cannot only affect Pegasi, but only the one it chooses can use it.
    It was made in Pegasopolis.
