Karl walked around in the castle, looking at the ornate walls and thinking about how the old times had been. He remembered running along those halls, chased by soldiers, grinning like a mad pony. "Heh." He chuckled as he trotted along. A few goons ran past him, to which he nodded his head in a 'Hello' gesture. He continued trotting, but stopped when he saw the building that contained the Elements of Harmony. He got curious now, and climbed down to the ground. Once he reached the door, he looked at it and said, "Magical lock, huh?" He waved the crystal hoof infront of it, saying, "Nime Ventas Leva." The shield started slowly shattering. He grinned and looked back. "If they really didn't bother to take 'em out of the building, then i'll be bloody rich!" He thought to himself as he slowly opened the door.
Arrows drunk the potion. It has no taste really. "Thanks Zecora!" said Arrows, trying to open the door with his temporary magic. It opened after the first few tries. "Sweet." Arrows darted out the door and back the Vault and flipped through a magic book. He saw a telepathy spell, which would let the user communicate with others. "Just what I needed!" He tried it out, trying to find someone he knew nearby. He found Firebreeze, Darkshine and somepony he didn't know. He thought to himself. "Can you hear me Darkshine? This is Arrows. You remember the vault from the human wars? We can hideout there. Also, hows Firebreeze holding up?" He sent the message, hoping they would get it.
"Ah, Karl old friend!" Pain called out to Karl in the hall, "Don't bother, no magic is coming from there." when Karl turned to look at the Elements, they weren't there, "So what brings you to my city."
Dark Shine looked around in shock. "Huh?" he then thought, noticing it was Telepathy. I'd ask how you are doing this, but I doubt on the time. Fire is unconcious. Whatever it was that knocked him down took Dark. I'm coming with Fire and somepony called Facade. He then looked to Facade. "Follow me. Once we get there, look after Fire, and I will try to get other ponies in to keep them safe." He then began walking in the direction of the bunker.
Gaze started to see them move so he commanded his Stars to follow them he wondered what would happen if he would actually come across with the big orange pony so he would need ponies to help him at least escape. He continued to follow the group of the ponies and started to descend to hear more of their conversation.
Karl looked back at the big pony. "Well, your goons blasted the guard barracks. They wont be returning from it, so don't worry about them." He continued. "But one of my friends work with the guards, and he owes me quite abit." He looked at Pain. "You gettin' me?" He smiled a playful smile. "But i guess my return has been to reminiscence about the times before. After all, i am happy to see you, comrade!" He Trotted up to Pain with the smile changed to a devious one. "I'm just gonna ask, can i have chat with our guard friend, perhaps?" (Also, my brain has stopped completely.)
"Go ahead, she's in the throne room, and don't kill her, I have plans for her." Pain said. "I'm worried about her Winter." Snow said, holding a drink inbetween her hooves. "I know darling, I am to. But Dark can look after herself, she'll be fine." he comforted Snow. "I know, I know..."
Karl thanked Pain, and walked past him. He stopped, however, and asked Pain, "Hey, can ya bring a bottle of vodka while you're out there? I'm kinda running short." He looked at him a brief moment, then stepped inside the throne room. Now he was gonna have some REAL fun. "Hello, Dark!" He said as he pranced into the room.
Fire began to slowly regain consciousness on Darkshine's back. He let out a pained groan before asking, "Where the hay are we...? What happened...?"
Karl avoided the spit and looked at her with a grin, before he started to laugh really hard. "AAAhhahaha, you really thi- haha!" He fell over on his back, laughing as hard as possible. "Ahahhaha, i can't bloody breath!" He was laying on the floor, banging the crystal hoof on the floor.
Karl stood up, still giggling from his laugh attack. "Oh, the little you know..." He was centimeters away from her face. "I haven't abandoned you guys, i have merely 'left' your group temporarily." He slowly walked to the back of the chair, and began untieing her. "I'll give you one thing right now." He stepped infront of her and held out his hooves. "You can beat me up how much you want!" He looked at her with a crazed smile. "Just don't leave the room, okay?" He quietly whispered to himself, "Gera Vise Male." So he wouldn't die if she got too rough with him.
She instantly flew at him, slamming him into the wall, "Now you shall pay!" she said, then unleashed all her anger on him
Karl still smiled as a hoof hit him on the stomach. "There's the Dark i know!" He shouted out gladly.
Dark Shine turned his head to Firebreeze. "You were knocked out, Dark was taken and we are going to go meet up with Arrows. When there, you can regain your energy while I get as many ponies as I can to get to saftey. I will not let anypony get hurt, so I will go and bring them here. Then we can plan out what to do." He then continues walking.
Karl shakingly stood up before being hit by a hoof, almost breaking his jaw. He fell over and looked at Dark with a devious smile. "Can't ya do better? My friend Freedom could do way better than you, and he's under your rank!." He had her just where he wanted her, and there was no backing down now.
"Bloody hell..." Fire said, rolling off of Darkshine's back and weakly stood up, "I think I can walk myself there from this point on..."
Dark Shine shrugged. "Fine. If he falls over, pick him up, would you Facade? I'm going to warn Ponyville and infrom Snow and Winter." He then turned and flew off to ponyville at haste.
