Sorry for the double post but we've found the Canabalt source code. We can easily use that to figure out how to build this thing. So, good news: we've found the source-code. Bad news: it's in Objective C. I have next to no idea what I'm doing. Foxy hasn't a clue and the programmers that have put their name forward haven't mentioned any iOS experience... So, we gotta translate it before we do anything...
I'd be willing to offer my services, I have a basic knowledge of programming and game dev. And I have a dad that can help me if I get stuck. However my exams will have to come first atm so I dunno how helpful i'll be at this point in time.
I'm up for helping out where I can. I'd like to stretch my artistic muscles again, and having something to actively work on would be great; my life's been getting pretty stagnant recently, it'd be fun to start doing creative work again. However, it'll probably have to wait until after May... Exams, I'm afraid.
Hmmm...Quite a few artists turning up with nothing to do...Oh! I know! To anypony looking for something to do with their itchy pencil: if either me or Foxy puts up the general premise of this intended game, could you get sketches for levels and characters and stuff under way? If you can't wait, know that we'll need running and jumping sprites for Twilight, Pinkie and Rainbow Dash. That sound good and do-able?
