Difficulty? How could anything be difficult for her, she was Fizz! Of course, there was that time that she fumbled the water baloons and got water all in her hair! What a mess! She learned that air goes in baloons, not water! Oh, hey, another pony was talking! Something about group spells? Oh, right, team-work was what was most important! Also, the most important thing was "I izza certainwee NOT a bah-woon!" She nodded, stating that fact righteously and indignantly!
Aurora blinked at the strange filly. "Uh.." She started to turn back around, staring curiously at the confused pony.
Silver almost giggled at the look on Aurora's face. Instead, he snorted when he tried to hold it back. Immediately he covered his snout with his hooves, still giggling. After he had recovered, he said, "Y-yeah, the teacher (giggle) wants us to get into groups of two." He looked at Fizz, and then burst out laughing again.
She blinked a few times, looking at Silver curiously. He was laughing, and it must have been those dust bunnies again! So she spread her arms out and declared. "Now, wit you here "jus awived," we hazzi two!" She counts both of them with her hooves. First Silver, "One," then Aurora, "Two!" She seemed proud of herself!
He managed to stop laughing. It wasn't hard, as the teacher was glaring daggers at him. "Do you mean maybe she could be in our group?" He looked at Aurora. "Maybe the teacher will let us be a group of three!"
Eclipse sighed. Maybe his class's talent was ignoring instructions... "I will repeat myself ONCE! If there is an odd number I will allow a Trio to be formed!"
Well, that answered his question. All the other ponies had partners, right? "I guess you're in our group! Nice to meet you, uh..." He looked over at her nametag. "Aurora!"
Aurora flinched as the silver pony laughed, but then held out her hoof hesitatingly. Her parents always taught her to be polite, at least. "Hi," she said quietly. "Groups of three? So we have to, like, put our magic together or something?" Despite the nervousness that still twisted her stomach, she couldn't help but allow some excitement through her tone. Magic was always so much fun for her! She glanced at the goofy filly sitting with the other foal. "And.. what are your names?" she asked.
Blinking with enormous eyes she stared at Aurora for a few seconds before responding "My name izzi Pink Fizzi... Fizzzzzzeee... F... Fub, flub, futz!" Suddenly she opened her mouth and stuck out her tongue, then pawed at it with both of her hooves like she was trying to scrape something off. After smacking her lips a couple of times, she recovered with; "Pink Fizz!" Then put her hoof to Aurora's in greeting. You know, the one that was on her tongue? Yes, that one.
Aurora yanked her hoof away with a sheepish laugh. "Ehehehe, uh, nice to meet you, Pink Fizz." She kept looking at Silver for help. "Erm, I suppose you know some spells?" she asked. She glared at her hoof as if it had betrayed her, and wiped it on her saddlebag.
"I have no idea what we're doing," said Silver glumly. "The teacher seems to enjoy taking his time." He watched with a detatched interest as Fizz acted like Fizz, and then barely kept himself from snorting into laughter again when Fizz shook Aurora's hoof. "I guess I know some spells, yeah," he said in response to Aurora's question. "I like reading more, though." Suddenly his eyes grew wide. "Oh, did I introduce myself? I'm Silver." He smiled.
She smiled back at Silver warmly. "Reading? I love to read.. I like to draw even more, though," she said. She looked at the pony closer, realizing he seemed really friendly. "I know some spells, I think magic's so much fun, but they're mostly just for show."
Fizz admits with sadness; "Fizzi no learn spellzies yet, but izzi good with own magic. Wanna see Fizzi dissipear?"
Was it safe? Her face contorted as she went to thinking. Her hoof tapped against the side of her head a few times, which just rustled through her frizzy mane. So what was it that's not safe about magic? Well, she could end up blowing up. That gaver her a look of fear and, oh wait, no, she can't blow up. She sighs and calms down a little, breathing out exaggeratively. Suddenly, she nods firmly. "Azza safe azza jumpin outta tree!" Without further talking she puffed her cheeks like she was holding her breath, and her horn sparked a few times, then with an orange *ZAP!* she disappeared! A few small sparks floated down from where she was, landing on the floor with a soft fizzle. After half a minute, Fizz slammed through the door, flinging it open! The little white unicorn made her way into the class room with more haste than intended, or required, and she ended up tripping on her own hooves and falling chin-first into a sliding entry to class. From the floor she rose a hoof and cried out; "Pink Fizzi-izzi here!" Her hoof fell down to the floor limply as she exhaled and plopped down flat. "Oh... deja vu..."
Silver clapped. He had been a little nervous when she didn't reappear, but after she burst through the door he realized that she had only teleported and not actually disappeared. He raised an eyebrow and smiled. "Deja-vu indeed. That was remarkably similar to your first entrance."
Aurora Heart gasped. "That was.. that was quite astonishing!! Very good, Fizz!" She applauded with her schoolmate.
She lifted up her frizzy mane and blinked a few times as she looked at the two of them, crossing her eyes as she did. "Whadda I do?"
Snow couldn't help but smile at Fizz's rediculous nature, and at the same time be amazed by her magical talent dispite her crazy randomness, all she could think off was to applaud softly.
