Suddenly, a wild Haze appeared at outside the door. She knocked, quietly and cautiously, before entering. "Erm, Hi... I was told I had to come here? First day, got a bit lost..." She looked around the room, noticing that everypony else were already in their seats. Was she much too late? Stood there in the door way, she couldn't help but feel like a bit of a dumb. "Sorry sir..." ((Oh, hi everypony! XD ))
Velvet looked at the new student, and frowned. She looked at her sketchbook, and had a hocquet of surprise. She discretly made it float to Snow, aand left it under her chair, then coughed loudly for her to look in her direction. (Hi Dodo~!)
Snow looked at the paper and back at the new student, she gave a look that said, Again!? (Hello DoDo, long time no see)
Velvet nodded. On the second page of the sketchbook, just before fizz, was a sketch of the newly arrived pony! She gave a worried look to Snow, before returning to the book, in a hope to have been subtile enough not to be caught by the teacher.
((PS; Haze is a magical pegasus. Deal with it. XD)) Haze Cautiously crept into the class. The filly looked around the seats and tables, looking for somewhere to sit. The new filly had a brownish red coat, blue eyes and a yellow-green mane. Looking around the room, she noticed that ponies names were written on the back of their places, and began searching for a place labelled "Haze Drift". ((I don't know if it really matters where we sit, so for now, I'll sit next to Velvet, in teh dark corner- If there's no free space there, please move meh. )) Haze found a seat next to a dark coated pony, and plopped herself down on the seat. "... Hi."
(Heya DoDo! You could just be an Alicorn, ya know.) Silver heard the door open, but didn't look up from his book. Just a few more pages, and then he would be done with, and he could look up and see the newest classmate then. He had read this book before, but it had been almost a year, and it didn't hurt to get a refresher on things, especially if they were going to be tested or anything like they had been at the beginning of class.
Fizz's eyes crossed as she shoved her book around with her hooves a little and made explosion noises with her mouth. Books... blah. Suddenly she looked back up, as she remembered she was in the front row and shrunk back against her seat with a short giggle. Getting her "srs bzns faic" on, she pushed open the book and blew on the page corners to flutter them around a little. It was as if she didn't even notice the door open as her mind wandered around "CloudCookooLand." By the time the new pony had found her seat, Fizz groaned and held both sides of her head as she slumped her head onto the desk in a pile of frizzy hair with two ears sticking out either side.
Allure finished reading the whole of page one and pushed her book to the side. She turned to the newcomer that was now sitting behind her and said "Hello! My name is Allure! What's yours!"
Velvet whispered a fainted "hello...", and returned to the book. She was at the page three, and it was naturally boring, like all of the schools manuals. Filled with stupid questions and obvious answers. Was that book supposed to make her learn something?
A pony ahead of her was trying to converse with Haze. She seemed rather confident and lively, and certainly friendly. "Oh, hi. I'm Haze", said the brown filly in response. She wasn't really sure what else to add, but felt she should. "Erm... So, you excited about school?" As the words left her mouth, she started doubting they were the right ones to use. ((She's a Unicorn now, Kay? She... Changed. A trans-species of pony.))
(Hi DoDo! Also although this is a fun RP please only post when nessecary not whenever somepony else talks and you feel like posting ok) Eclipse looked down at the class in front of him. It seemed a bit dull to be talented Unicorns. "Miss Haze! Please stand up and perform your best spell!" He looked at the others. "And from now on only speak when I ask you to or it is a detention!"
Allure perked up and turned. 180 degrees towards Haze. "Nice to meecha! I suppose you could say I'm excited! There's a lot my mother told me about this school! He said the teacher here was great and would 'stuff my head full of knowledge!'" Allure frowned and out a hoof under her chin. "Come to think of it, I havn't learned a thing yet. Is this how you 'stuff somepony full of knowledge?'" A great booming voice shouted "And from now on, only speak when I ask you or it is a detention!" behind her. She squealed and sat back forwards, blushing. "Sorry..." she whispered.
Haze unnervingly stood, unsure what to do. "Erm... Well..." She thought to herself- What should she do? She only knew two tricks. She knew how to use magic to make things float up to 30cm over a surface, and how to teleport slightly. The latter took a lot of effort for her, and didn't move her very far, but yet, she decided it was the best she had. She concentrated extremely hard, and after about five seconds, a faint red light emitted from her horn. She concentrated harder for the next ten seconds, determined that this would work, a bit of sweat appearing on her forehead- and then she disappeared! Shortly after, she re-appeared about half a meter ahead of where she had previously been stood. Wow, that was a record- She'd only managed 34cm before!
( hey DoDo) Crimson was busy reading his book. He was wondering about the new student that had just walked late into class like he did. Crimson wanted to say hello but Eclipse said that he would get a detention if he talked. He also dident want to leave school a become a fancy-pants lawyer or a professor, so he just tryed his best in every subject he studyed. He would also sometimes get side tracked and write down songs in a little notebook, he even once wrote down how to beatbox and play his harmonica at the same time. Crimson looked at Haze as she did her trick, teleporting wasent a easy spell. Crimson smiled and continued to do his work.
Velvet raised an eye from her book at the same time as Haze's teleportation spell. She smiled and clapped her hooves silently under her desk.
Rather proud of her work, Haze happily trotted back to her seat, and sat on it. As she did so, she noticed a quiet applaud from the pony next to her, and was a little embarrassed about this. "Thanks..." She whipped her forehead with her hoof, already a little exhausted from the lesson.
A terrific display of teleportation! Fizz might even blurt out that they could hang out, (since Pink Fizz's specialty was teleportation,) but unfortunately, the frizzy pink mane hiding the young foal's face was only a small cover. Eclipse (and anypony else in the front row...) could probably pick up pretty quickly on the quiet sounds of snoring coming from her.
Silver noticed that Fizz didn't seem to be moving very much. Was she asleep? Deciding that she might not want to get in trouble with the teacher, he borrowed one of Quill's quills, he levitated it over to her and nudged her ear gently with the non-feathery end.
Her right ear flicked about a bit. A small amount at first, then she grumbled and swat at the side of her head. At first, it was a playful pawing at the quill, then it was a full swing... The resounding *WHACK* against the side of her head woke her up and landed her flat on the floor out of her seat. Obviously embarrassed, the filly crawled her way back into the seat and off from the floor, shaking her head around as she tried to get her brain back on track.
Grey Mane giggled and then went back to complete silence. Buttercup looked on, confused of what to think. Cool Shades, laughed his head off. "Bwahahaha! Thats hillarious!" Cool Shades blurted out. He was not the kind sort of pony. Eclipse looked around the class. "COOL SHADES! D-E-T-E-N-T-I-O-N!!!!!!!! AND TOMMORROW I EXPECT AN ESSAY ON KINDNESS!!!!" He was getting frustrated. "Very nice Miss Haze. Remeber your best spell for we shall work on IMPROVEMENT!" He nodded to the class. "Now class find a partner? Anyone who has not got a partner can join a pair and make a threesome!" He coughed. "You may talk, KINDLY, in this...."
