"Ah, you compliment my shooting too much, I'll take you guys up on your offer. I can easily send off my report and transfer papers through a messaging terminal on board. We'll just need to get out geth space first." Lanius fiddles with his omni-tool a bit more before finally stopping. "Well, not much I can do for the dead here except report them K.I.A. Let's get to your ship and get out of here before any more geth come."

 

The Normandy picked up the squad and left Geth space quickly. After the Mission, Crimson sat down at a small table in the crew quarters having breakfast by himself. It was hard to tell what time it is in space due to the endless sea of black that made it up. Even if you had the precise time, the thought of it always being black outside made Crimson question himself slightly. He was having a high fiber breakfast biscuit in a bowl of milk alongside some Turian wine. He wasn't hungry to have a five course meal, and there was nothing on the television positioned on the wall above him with the exception of the news and a cartoon show about a superhero and his multi raced teammates who fights against an evil Turian who wants to take over the galaxy.

The real time was 7:38 am but he felt like it was midnight. Crimson sighed as he continued to eat his breakfast and then earn some needed sleep.

 

After boarding the Normandy, Lanius sent of his report and transfer request before residing in the port observation deck. After a few minutes of scrounging around, he managed to find a deck of cards and a bottle turian brandy (straw included). After fixing himself a glass of brandy, he arranged the cards the cards into a game of solitaire on the bar counter. He looked down at cards for a few seconds, reflecting on the earlier mission, then began to solve game while reflecting back on what could've and should've done. After a few minutes, he began to speed up, solving the game faster while replaying the memory faster. After increasing speed several times, he eventually knocked over his draw pile. He sighed and picked the cards up before restarting his game.

 

Necro walked in the crew quarters and sat on one of the beds"Hey Crimson."He said popping his neck and relaxing.

 

"How's it doing Necro" Crimson said after having a couple hours sleep. He was now finally out of his armor and just laying on his bed in his N7 hoodie and jeans and his weapons are located underneath in a footlocker.

 

"Things are good for me thanks for asking."

 

"I need a sudden doze of coffee for some reason, it might take the thought of the Reapers sending my home world to hell away temporarily." Crimson said. By now he could not sleep, he might as well stay up as he had some sleep before Necro walked in.

 

Crag had been working for 16 hours straight, and he finally finished the holo-map. It would have take less time, but he decided to mess with the wiring and programming to make it more useful. "Hey, Major I finished setting up the Holo-Map, just thought you might want to see it." Crag spoke into his Omni-Tool.

 

Crimson went down to the armory and sharpened his blade. The blade he carried was similar to the ones carried by Cerberus Phantoms, which he took a great deal of pride in taking down these "Pretenders." The theory about his blade being sharpened to the atom was true, but Crimson wanted to improve that. After his sharpening, he then spent more then seven hours practicing his martial arts and biotic and tech combos.

He could not wait until the next mission.

 

After restarting solitaire 5 times, Lanius finally gave up and shuffled the cards back into a deck. He went down to Shuttle bay to do some laps and help ease his mind.

 

Crimson created several holograms to fight against. The holograms could actually think for themselves and damage Crimson by sabotaging his kinetic shields to make them weaker. The holograms practiced with sword fighting in which they were exactly on par on him. As they dueled it out, the real Crimson got the upper hand and finished the battle within several minutes. He was about to practice his ranged weaponry until Lanius came down to the shuttle bay. Crimson noticed the Quarian and greeted him.

"How's it doing Lanius, Anything you need assisted with ?"

 

"I'm doing fine... Crimson, right? Anyways, I juts came down to do some laps and maybe some other stuff. Trying to kill time till the next mission." Lanius took notice of weapons Crimson was going to use. "Oh, just about to use some of the weaponry? Should I stick to certain part of the bay or wait till you're done?"

 

Necro fell asleep and then woke up from the memories of his wife dying"OH SNAP!"

 

"I was just about done anyway. Just checking over the weaponry to see if they are up to date in terms of modifications and stopping power." Crimson said. He fired three shots of his mattock and kept trying with every other weapon in the armory until he was finished. "It's a hobby...."

 

Crimson, who was already in full armor due to his extreme training methods only had to grab his weapons before heading to the shuttle.

Crimson was one of those rare individuals who not only was powerful in biotics, but elevated the class of "Sentinel" to unheard of heights. He was even considered his own class by the N7 officials themselves and was offered to become a Spectre several times. The council almost begged him to become their agent, which he kindly refused until the war was over. His reputation has become a legend on Tuchanka, where he killed three criminal krogan warlords with his bare hooves.

He felt bad for Necro because of the Genophage, but knew that something would happen soon there which would completely flip the table on the war.

 

Necro suited up and went to the shuttle.
