"It shouldn't..." Raven switched the inner monitors to look closely at the pole. "That's not good. Maybe we should let the station crash into... whatever the heck that is."
Silver nodded, casually tossing the lord of chaos into a nearby wastebasket. "Before the Elements of Harmony were discovered, those who rebelled against his rule tried in many ways to defeat him." ********************************************** After explaining the princess's pet lizard who she had come to see, Nightshade was permitted to enter the Friendship Rainbow Kingdom Playset and speak to Starlight Glimmer.
"Well, damn. I suppose shutting him up can only be done with a stony prison. But enough about my deep, dark desires, we have a planet to save, yes?"
"Indeed. And that is why I would ask you to take my sword for the battle to come. You should have no trouble wielding the Blade of Death." ******************************************************** "She seemed nice," Nightshade thought to herself as she walked outside. Once Nightshade had explained the situation, and Princess Twilight had confirmed it, Miss Glimmer had been eager to share what she knew. Now all that remained was a visit to Rose Thorn.
Edmond: Still wanna neutralize the engines. Else we risk breaking your planet. (Finishing up and coming back into the ship) ---------------- Rep: (Sitting down in thin air and pulling out a small book that was faintly glowing and beginning to read)
"I get the feeling that thing could break the planet," Raven replied. "But if you're sure." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Azrael nodded. "If you insist on me wielding the blade, it would be very fitting."
"I do not insist," Silver replied, giving over the weapon, "I simply request. The blades must all be in their proper places in order for the weapon to work. I cannot be certain that I will be in the right place at the right time."
"Thank you, Silver." Azrael took the blade, levitating it in his magic. "Do you have anypony else you'd like to recruit?"
Edmond: (Taking off his helmet. ) Well if we let the engines alone, well hope you enjoyed having your planet.
"Still pretty worried about whatever that is," Raven said, taking off her helmet and ordering the ship down to the surface, destination just above the bar.
"Many," Silver replied. "The Crystal ponies..." "Nightshade has already enlisted their aid," Luna interrupted. "Very well. The bison of..." "Theirs as well." "The dragons." "Princess Twilight has contacted the Dragon Lord." "What of the Changelings?" "Thorax has agreed to help." "The griffons?" "Rainbow Dash is on her way to Griffonstone as we speak." Silver nodded. "That just leaves the guilds. I will speak to the representatives." Celestia hesitated. "What of the Kine?" Silver snarled. "I would allow my wings to be torn from my body before I would ask those filthy sub-equine scum for help."
"So she really isn't dead... Silver, I think you can work together with them when the world is at stake. I know Maya Heartstrings and company will be willing to help. And off the top of my head, I can think of... perhaps one more."
Rep: (still reading) I can call upon as much power as I need from the Council. Speaking of, Architect is recovering quickly. Also, I'm going to need two things, one a small triangular prism made of this (projects an image of a crystal found in Equestria.), and some gold that is used to make bits, please.
Celestia shook her head. Silver's history with the cattle tribes was long and ugly. In fact, Silver had personally written the law that made consumption of cow meat legal in Equestria. Silver shook his head. "Let them burn. Who did you have in mind?" ********************************************************************** The vaccine against the wraith magic would be absolutely necessary if there was to be any hope of victory, but there simply wasn't enough time. To produce enough to inoculate an army would take years. They had, at best, two days. There was only one solution: to have already had it made.
Silver shook his head. "There are old stories of a demon by that name. I cannot imagine that is who you speak of."
Azrael clarified, "My brother. Immensely powerful, last I heard. But deceased, and spent his last moments coming to find and kill me."
Silver sighed. "I should find that strange. But I somehow do not. How do you propose getting his help?"
"I'm a necromancer. And I know where he lies. If I reform his corpse into a zombie, there's about a seventy-five percent chance he won't turn on me."
