Selena: (The small scratches had pieces of the spike embedded in them and small amounts of blood, part silver, part red, and speckled with gold was dribbling out in small rivulets.) I'm fine, just scratches. *It seemed, even with her healing ability that was an inherent trait to her, from her lineage, the crystal was able to cut her, albeit only slightly.*
The blast struck Nightshade like a cannonball, knocking her back several steps as she drew the energy into her body, then allowed it to slowly dissipate. "Impressive. That would have knocked a hole in a brick wall." Moonshine nodded, making a note to create more stones with the same enchantment. It would almost certainly be popular with her bat pony customers. "You've got a three-slot armor, so I can give you one more." ****************************************************************** Rain walked over to Selena, examining the cut hand. "Would you like me to heal that for you?"
Moonshine thought for a minute. "I can think of a few fear spells, but I'm not sure they'll work." Nightshade shook her head. "No, forget that. Let's get her the best. Cricket, come here a minute, will ya?" Several minutes later, an imitation of the same magic used by the changeling's Song of Fear was stored within a gem. "Alright, give it a try. Same principal as the force scream. Just shout, and it should work on whoever you want it to."
"Alright." Raven took a deep breath, faced Moonshine, and shouted, "I AM BAT, FEAR ME!" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Let us go." Azrael stepped in through the portal.
With that, he stepped inside and was flung into the past. The time period took place some years prior, where Black Saddle were performing their final show. Wow... Blackened thought, as the scene was a very vivid representation of what he saw that same day.
"By the gods..." Azrael took a long look around at what was essentially the real world Black Sabbath's final show, but with talking horses. "We're really here... Try not to run into yourself, my dear Blackened."
"It's just like I remember it..." He could even remember the position he stood at on that day and made an effort to avoid that place as the band performed their song N.I.B.
He pointed to the right of the venue. "I was right over there," he replied. "Best we don't go close to it."
RepP: (appearing next to Blackened and Azrael) That would be a good idea. Don't want to cause a paradox. Anyways I'm here as your link back home. I'm not gonna hold a window open and risk somepony on their way to the concessions ending up in the bar.
(Arch, Asmo isn't even at the show. X3) "Then we go to the left. And pray to whoever's listening that nopony recognizes me." Azrael started shoving through to the left of the venue.
((Fixed. Heh sorry.)) RepP: Azrael, I can put a filter on you that blocks recognition of you. They will see you, but they will think you're another face in the crowd.
Moonshine cringed and took several steps backward, heart pounding. It took her a few moments to calm back down. "Dammit, girl! I didn't mean test it on me!"
As they trudged through the crowd of ecstatic ponies, the band continued to play, their musicianship being on point as would be expected for their very last show.
Raven snickered. "But you also didn't tell me not to." ~~~~~~~~~ "I am glad they didn't fall into the trap of getting old and no longer caring," Azrael commented.
RepP: (waves at Azrael) *With the wave, the air around Azrael ripples, becomes thicker, and then goes back to normal.* RepP: Done.
"Ungrateful little brats," Moonshine muttered under her breath, "And ponies ask me why I don't want foals!" Cricket shook her head. "That wasn't as strong as it should have been. Even as drunk as she is, Moon should have been scared half to death. Here, let me show you..." She looked around for a victim. Right at that moment, as though he were the designated punching bag of some cruel invisible overlord, Prince Blueblood walked into the bar. Cricket grinned. "That'll do." Cricket stepped in front of Blueblood, forcing the prince to a stop. He stamped his hoof angrily. "Stand aside, insect! Do you not know who I am?" She nodded. "I know exactly who you are." Her voice took on a strange, echoing tone as she began singing. "Drowning deep in my sea of loathing, Broken, your servant, I kneel. It seems that what's left of my better side is slowly changing in me." Blueblood's eyes widened in terror, and he turned and ran for the door. Cricket was faster, and cut him off before he could escape. "Looking at my own reflection, when suddenly it changes! Violently it changes! There is no turning back now, You've woken up the demon in me!" The prince's knees gave out and he collapsed, weeping, to the floor. Cricket nodded. "Music is the oldest magic in existence, and the most powerful, when it's used correctly. Now you try."
