Mat lifts his front hooves, banging them together, giving a smirk, "Enough talk, ding *squee*ing ding." He quickly takes off, galloping straight towards Azrael.
Mat grinned, quickly sidestepping the hoof, coming under, raising a hoof to just direct it straight up to his face, going to punch him in the face with the hoof.
Mat's grin stopped as he quickly followed up the impact of the punch by rushing, attempting to catch him with a grapple, wanting to try to pile on the damage as much as he could right now.
Mat quickly stopped right under Az, his hooves dug into the ground as he turned around, reaching out his hooves in attempt to catch Az, he was going to use Az's momentum to just slam him, headfirst into the ground.
Azrael anticipated this. Mat probably wished the Deadstallion would be so easy, but he was security for Maya for a reason. He adjusted his limbs and threw a superstallion punch for Mat's skull.
Mat took the punch, bending down a bit, but his head wasn't going into the ground, as he thought, gaining a small smirk. [There is a ringing noise from that, but... I got you.] He reached up to wrap his hooves around Az's hoof, lifting his hind legs for a kick to the gut so he could toss him away.
Mat quickly rolled up, grinning as he stood up, rushing towards Az, going to plain kick at him with a hoof, trying to connect hoof to head in this case.
Azrael took the blow to the head, making him flip. He landed on his hooves, however, facing away from Mat. "Lucky shot..."
"... Just shut up and turn around and fight me." His eyes narrowed as he looked at Az, the red glow emanating from his eyes as he watched him.
Mat sighs, "... Fine then." He digs his hoof into the ground, "I warned you, I don't like fighting somepony with their back turned, but if you're going to act that way... Let's do it!" He once again rushed directly towards Azrael.
Mat took the rough shot directly in the face, getting sent flying a bit. He collided with the ground, rolling in the dirt, he quickly dug a hoof into the ground, getting himself back up, before rushing again for Azrael.
