Blackout nodded. "Of course. Lead the way." He was, in fact, slightly overwhelmed by his first excursion into another realm, but as a Night Guard, he was expected to stay calm.
"Don't be frightened." Dusty started heading north. "We'll be checking our home first. I keep several highly illegal books around. Maybe she wants to loot my collection. If Raven told her, that is." "Honestly can't remember if I did," Raven admitted.
"Well." Maya frowned. "You were late for work on your first day. Then you left suddenly that first day to dick around with Arch. Then you just kinda stood there when you were asked to cover for me. I'm sorry, dude. I can't have you on my staff."
"When I left with Arch, it wasnt on the first day, or the second day. It was a on Tuesday during the week that the bar was closed for repairs." she argued calmly
"It was the day of Raven's concert. You let Arch goad you into stepping away, without asking somepony to cover for you, however briefly. My mind's made up. Don't make this harder for me."
She sighed. "I forgot about that, tho, I was leaving because of Arch. I was afraid of confrontation with Raven. Im still confused about that feeling, but that feeling is even stronger with Asmo. I understand that Im unreliable, and its not the first time Ive let someone down. I just hope its the last."
Outside was a deep candy apple purple version of the truck from the ooc chat. Complete with a machine in the dash that dispenses muffins. Its a secret where they come from, because legal stuff.
Saber followed him out, and removed the plastic from the plush white and purple interior. "Go ahead, sit in it." Saber held the driver's door open.
