Dusty quickly removed all the dirt from the heart and held it in her chest, mending every blood vessel back in place and giving it a tiny jolt to get it beating. Raven winced away at the sight, but quickly gathered herself. "Come on, Nighty. You survived a death match with Az, you better pull through now."
Nightshade's eyes opened, and she winced. "Ow. Gods damn it to Tartarus, ow. Remind me not to do that again." She stood up slowly. "Okay, couple of things. First of all, thank you. Second of all," she gestured to Winter, "Why is she here?"
"Oh, thank Luna!" Raven happily embraced Nightshade. Dusty took this as a sign to completely close up her chest cavity. "Ask her." Maya gave Van three more cups of water. "Mat, it'll be fine."
Van nodded, putting the cups in a triangle on the far side of a long table, before looking at Az, "Get it yet?" Mat chuckled, "... I doubt it, it's my worst matchup possible."
Mat rolls his eyes, "... Yeah. Tirek doesn't dodge." Van looked at Az, "How good you think your tossing is?"
Silver walked into the bar. "Whiskey, please." ******************************************* Nightshade hugged Raven back, then extricated herself and walked over to her mother. "Twenty years. Twenty. Bucking. Years. You ran off to Griffonstone after that damned chalice and never came back. We thought you were dead!"
Van disappeared from his position as soon as Az's eyes were off him, the bit down in front of Az, appearing at the door, behind Silver. He closed it.
"Surely there is an explanation," Dusty said calmly. "Sure thing, Silver." Maya slid him a glass of whiskey.
The moment the gazes would be gone from him, Van'd again disappear, reappearing next to Az, "Throw the bit into the glass, simple game."
*The storm slowly dies down, or so it seems. It still rains in some places, such as patches of the Everfree and in the mountains.*
Van pulls out another bit and tosses it, it careens off the top of a glass, missing it's mark. "Hmm."
Silver pulled out a single bit and tossed it at the ceiling fan. It bounced of the blades and was shot to the other side of the room, landing in the glass with a *clink*.
"Looks like the weather's clearing up," said Maya. "We should head back to the bar," said Raven. "Just unwind. Long day."
Zeran hummed as she scratched out a circle of runes, then stepped into it and appeared in front of the bar
