"Because Blackout called me," he answered. "It is not every day that a dead demigod returns to life."
Still, technically the threat was dealt with, why are you still here, if he really intended to carry out any threats, don't you think he would've done so, immediately?
Raven rolled her eyes. "Even Asmo could figure out you don't take threats against a whole planet lightly. Why can't you?"
Hey, how about I put you in charge of an empire, then I threaten to kill you? Going to defend yourself aren't you? This is why me and Arch don't usually stick around the various worlds. You always have that inhabitant, who takes everything too far, does something with consequences that they don't understand and ruins any chance of us enjoying any trip we take.
Oh well, if he isn't welcome back, I can easily extend these feelings to the rest of the civilizations, "Don't show up, you aren't welcome." I'm sure you'll all have a wonderful time.
Silver sighed wearily. "I suppose it is too much to believe that I was simply curious? As I said, a resurrection is an uncommon event."
"Yeah, sure, that's what I said, isn't it? Jeeze, you two might as well just buck and get it over with."
Oh well, I know how this will end. So I'm gonna go take a vacation from my vacation. I'm sure there is plenty of paperwork waiting for me on the Research Vessel. (Leaving a phase cube and putting it out of phase, before talking into his watch and being teleported into the Research Vessel far outside the planet's reach.)
Asmo trotted over and whispered something into Azrael's ear. Azrael nodded and pointed to Midnight. "You. I demand drinks for the rest of the night."
"Oh don't act like a child. I don't threaten, you would understand a threat because you would be upside down and most likely dead. Go away Silver, you are a unwanted guest, like a para sprite to a banquet" she snorted. Midnight rolled her eyes "Sheesh your Princesses are more tetchy since the last time, i tried to usurp them." she snorted. "Maybe I should go and remove them, perminantly" she tutted. They definitely needed a vacation. Midnight trotted over to Azrael, and levitated a cup of drink over to him, "Sure thing" she remarked with a smile, not a friendly smile but a evil smile she had just had a good idea, she poured the drink over his head. He hadn't said where he wanted it after all. "Care for another?" she asked sweetly. She poured out a second cup. "Make sure you do tell me where you want it darling, otherwise it can go in the wrong place" she giggled.
"You're worse than Asmodeus." He cast a lightning bolt by her hooves. "Listen! You need to pay for breaking her wing. So you either go into debt thanks to my own drinking habit, along with buying her any meals, or I rip your wing all the way off."
Midnight blinked, "well, how can i buy you anything if i'm in debt?" she asked smugly. She levitated a bag of bits over to him "but take this, that should be enough" she snorted. She loved having bribe money at hand.
"10,000 bits. The standard bribe normally comes to that, so we square now?" she said smiling, *Slowly backs away*
"Those aren't real," Asmo told him. "She made them on the spot like twenty minutes ago." Azrael chuckled. "Well. What do I look like to you? A fraud?"
Midnight blinked, "they look real enough, so you can still use them" she said blinking. She blinked "I got no other money with me here, so what do you expect me to do? work?" she snorted at the idea.
