Silver's ears twitched as the storm approached. It was coming from the direction of... "Canterlot! The princesses!" Pushing Midnightto the side and completely ignoring the warning, he nearly tore the door off the hinges in his haste to get outside. Whatever this convergence thing was, it was obviously dangerous, and Celestia and Luna were sitting right on top of the source. He had to get them. He had to make sure they were safe. And all that stood in his way was the storm.

It cannot touch this place"

I decided instead of going to the Far North, I would protect Canterlot, knowing that you would be reluctant to come after me here. I regret to admit, that I kinda manipulated you, and I didn't trust you at first, but.... I'm putting that behind me, I will stay here and protect Canterlot, and Ponyville."
Oh not at all. I'm here holding the Convergence away from Canterlot and Ponyville, though there is a brown Earth Pony, running around shrieking about a TARDIS, over in Ponyville. He needs to chill.
"That would be the Doctor," Silver replied. "If he offers to help, let him." He sighed. "As for you returning, that is up to you, but I would ask that you respect the sovereignty of the princesses while you are here."
Do you understand why the army showed up? Don't bother answering. The robotic repair droids have been repaired. No lasting damage was done. Its over. (Fades out and then continues strong once more) Ugh, I'm going to need a more substantial body than Edmond's sword.
Midnight sent him a shadow message "He's apprently preparing his forces, so he probally going to attack you shortly. Midnight out" she remarked. Midnight levitated her wine glass, imitating him "Attention all Shadow Ponies, get ready for Mission: Capture Celestia and Luna" she mocked. She then sipped on the glass. she felt Silver barge her over, "HOW DARE YOU" she growled. She glanced at the storm and grinned, her time was now. She levitated her Shadow Crystal and called to her followers "THE CONVERGENCE IS NIGH. UNSTABLE THE PORTALS" she yelled, she tossed her void crystal out of the bar door allowing the storm to swallow it, it was the start of her Shadow War. She sent a blast of Shadow matter at Silver. "Stay out of this, The Return of Shadows, will not be delayed" she remarked. (Annnd ,Midnight ruining all your hard work)
Anyways, one the Doctor's here?, nice, what incarnation?, one of them doesn't like me, just remembered that, and he's not going to help, he's having a breakdown clutching a grey pegasus mare shaking her around and they're both screaming. And (speech falters) , two, I'm starting to falter keeping Silver safe outside the Bar, that I quintuply reinforced. The barrier around the general area is strong, but not as strong as that bar. Please, go back inside Silver. *A being woke up in the cave and Arch's piece of consciousness flew to join it. At that a bright flash was seen across Equestria but, quickly faded. And multiple streams of Anti-Time flew from space as the rest of the fleets arrived.* (Much stronger now) MIDNIGHT! STOP THIS NOW! *As the crystal hit the storm it sent a shockwave of energy through the Storm, making it bigger. Arch would need help, but that was on its way.* Selena: I'll talk to Silver dude later then. I gotta help granddad. (Dashing to a back room, and changing into armour, she runs back out showing off a pair of sleek green feathered wings attached to her shoulders, as she was in humanoid form, before running out and taking off into the air, and flying around the storm to Canterlot, after a green layer is added to the barrier around the bar, the most she could do.)
The Shadow ray, fired at maximum power at the bar, hitting Midnight's horn square on The Moon and Sun began contributing additional power to the Shadow Ray, disrupting Architect's fleets, that was trying to contain the Convergence. Midnight grinned, her form flickered and she transferred into her Shadow Form. The light from the bar began to flicker. Midnight smirked at the ponies around her, this was her True form, the one Celestia had robbed her off. She glanced at the Storm, her horn glowed and she fired her Shadow beam at it. Disrupting the storm and causing it to become more chaotic. She Shadow Ray then began targeting the storm, firing at the Center. Midnight heard the Architect and snorted she could communicate with him directly. "You took my life, you took my crown, but that was then and this is now. Now Look at ME, This is the part of me, that you will never take away from me" she growled. She glanced at the storm and opened her wings. She blasted the storm with another Shadow blast. "GRRRRRRRRRRRR" She then flew out into the storm.
(Regaining his full strength once more) Feels good to be back. (Shielding Canterlot and Equestria completely, before flying into the sky, a great shining beacon of authority and power, once more able to bend the Universe to his will, within his power, of course.) (Voice heard across Equestria) I WARNED YOU! NOW IF ITS A FIGHT YOU WANT, THEN YOU SHALL HAVE IT! (With a flash illuminating the area, flies straight for Midnight, drawing a shining sword of the Light.)
Midnight glared at Architect, "You dare challenge me, old one?" she asked with a growl. She fired a beam of shadow magic at him. She then made multiple shadow copies of herself, and charged Architect from multiple directions, she wielded her own Shadow Shackles. She swung it at his head, her other forms going for other various body parts.
Silvery mist gathered behind Midnight, and her ray faltered as the lights in the bar steadied. The mist slowly condensed into the form of Etheran, who laid a hoof on her shoulder. "I think you should stop" they said calmly. "if you continue, I may have to use force to persuade you. you would not enjoy that."
*The Light flares viciously around him, burning the magic away from hurting him.* Tut tut tut, you don't understand, I get power from Something even older than I. (14 other voices blend with his) WE ALL DO
