I smile as I lock the front door behind us "you are right" I say, leaning on you "we can take the kittens to the kitty park as a sorry for being so long perhaps?" I suggest with a smile. The kitty park was a park tailored for kittens to play around in and have fun with little to no restrictions.
As we start to walk down towards my place, I smile and nod "That sounds wonderful, I'm sure they'd love that. Have you taken them there before? I can't say I've been, actually." As we keep walking, we pass the cafe where we first met, and the waitress inside points to us, saying something to the barista. I wave to them, still holding your hand and she waves back with a grin.
I too wave back with a grin "no, not yet dear, so this will be their first time there" I say, holding your paw tightly. "they're very nonjudgmental here, aren't they?" I say with a smle
"I'm sure they'll love it, knowing them." I giggle, holding you close. "Most I've got to know are very sweet. There are a few annoyances, but they're rather rare." We finally end up at my place, a fair bit smaller than yours. I get out my key and allow you to enter first. I close the door behind me and smile "Well, this is it. Not much to speak of, but it did the job while I stayed here by myself. Make yourself at home while I go fill a suitcase of stuff." I say as I dash away to my room, and get out my travel briefcase, and start putting belongings in my room in it.
I sigh in relief as i slump onto your couch, the sleep in my eyes still clinging to my eyelashes, pulling them down, so I decide to close my eyes for a bit of rest.
After a while, I come back out of my room with a reasonably full case, dragging along behind me on wheels. I quietly lay beside you and hold you close, letting you rest on me, petting you softly. "Aren't you adorable" I say, swishing my tail alongside yours.
A small smile crosses my face as i continue to rest on top of you. my tail intertwining itself with yours. I let out low purr and murr.
I kiss your cheek softly and nuzzle your neck. I start to close my eyes and join in the short rest as we snuggle. After a while I shake my head and blink, lifting my head "H-How long has it been? W-what's the time?"
I slowly open my eyes too and look at my mobile "It's been two hours dear" I say with a small cute yawn, I stretch my arms and legs as i get up.
I slowly get up and grab my case full of belongings. "Perhaps we should head back. The little ones may start getting restless if we depart for too long. I'm basically ready to head back. Most of the stuff in here belongs to the owner of the house anyway, so I don't own much." I say, wrapping my arm around your neck and laying my paw on your shoulder. I leave a note for the owner and we head out the door, locking it before setting off back to your place.
I smile as we walk back to my...I mean our place. With my arm wrapped around your waist, we make our way and i start humming a tune. It was the little lullaby i sometimes sing to the kittens to help them sleep at night.
With the case rattling along behind me, I lightly lay my head on your shoulder. Before long we arrive at our place. As we enter we hear the mews and squeaks of the kittens, running up to us and nudging our legs, purring wildly. I make my way inside and let go of the case, and pick them both up "Hello, darlings. Did you miss us? I hope we weren't gone too long, yeah?" I ask them, as they lick my paws.
I turn to you and nod. Handing you the kittens gently, I walk upstairs with a light ka-thud after each step from the suitcase. I put it next to the bed and come back down to see you cuddling and nuzzling the little ones. "Alright, lets go take them for a treat."
I smile "great, dearest, could you please get their little carry cases, they're in the laundry" I say with a small smile, as the little ones were mewing at me, and playing in my lap. I tut at 'Tia as he pulls on Woona's sore paw, "now sweetie, you know your sister's paw is sore, please don't do that"
I turn around and head toward the laundry, only to return with the carry cases you mentioned. The kittens turn around and eye them, mewing a little worriedly. "Everything is going to be alright, my dears. You're going to have fun. I promise" I say as I nuzzle them both softly.
They mew softly, somewhat reassured by your words and nuzzling, they go into their carriers. I smile "wow, that was wonderful dear, you really have a way with them" I say as i kiss you. I pick up Woona's carrier. "Don't worry dear, we're taking you and your sister to a special kitty park" I say with a smile, and get up to go to the front door.
As the kittens get in, I pick up 'Tia's carrier, and look inside to see a smiling kitten. I pet her and close the door. I turn to you and smile "I..I guess I do. I just really like them" I reply, returning the kiss. "Let's go 'Tia and Woona, we'll be there in no time." I say reassuringly as we exit. Every so often as we walk, a few mews and squeaks come out of the carriers. "Sshh darlings, everything is okay. We're nearly there."
I smile "and they really like you back dearest" I say as we near the building that says "Kitten's Playground". i smile "We're here darlings" I say as we walk into the door and i walk up to the front counter, and as I do, i couldn't help but gasp and smile a little. For, the girl at the counter, was none other was Jenna, my one and only friend from school.
I turn to you and nod "I can tell" I reply with a smile. As we enter I turn to you due to your rather odd reaction. The girl looks up and lets out a soft squeal in excitement, getting up and hugging you over the counter "Hi! How have you been? It's been a while, and who might this mighty nice guy be, hm?" She asks, turning to me. I look down and blush.
jenna was a very nice and beautiful Alaskan Malamute, I smile and hug her back "Oh my god! Jenna! I haven't seen you since school! And guess what! i got the operation!" I giggle and hug her tightly, nearly lifting her up off the ground, I then chuckle at her question about you, "this, this my dear friend, is my soon to be fiance, Xaniith." I say as I wrap a arm around you and hug you tight close to me.
