I smile, "Xaniith, y..you're really nice, please don't tell me...that y..you have a..you know...a girlfriend" I stutter a bit, sitting down, a small smile on my face. I then realize what I just said and cover my muzzle "I..I um..I..."
With a small smirk, I tilt my head a little with a reddening coming to my cheeks. "O-Oh my, uh.. N-no, I can't say I do. Not anymore at least." I say looking a little down and distant. "But it doesn't matter, it's okay." I say with a bit of a forced smile.
I blush, and smile "Well the girl who left you was an idiot. Umm..." i quickly kiss your cheek 'sorry, i know we just met, but I just felt the urge to kiss you" I blush again, and this time, consciously holding your paws in mine. "Would you like to go to the park or somewhere a little more quieter to talk after we finish our drinks?"
I pout a little at the comment, but again, taken aback from this new girl and her somewhat uncommon actions, but welcomes them warmly. "Aww that's mighty kind of you! T-Thank you very much" I say, shaking a little, a bit overwhelmed. I smile and nod at the suggestion "That's a great idea. Let's go."
I blush, "I'm sorry about the comment before, it is just I believe in true love, and well if a girl was with you, she should have stayed with you, because there aren't many good guys like you out here" I say, getting up, and thanking the waitress who anticipated this and brought our drinks and take away cups. I smile as i continue to hold your paw, "so, are there any good parks around here?" I ask, smiling at you
I nod and redden "Aww, I'm not that great, hehe. but don't worry, it's okay, it's just we're still friends and the end of it was on good terms. I understand what you mean though." While holding your paw, I nod and thank the waitress for her great service as always. We start walking away from the cafe as I point with my other paw in a direction as I smile at you. "There's a nice and quiet one a few blocks away. I like walking through there to clear my head sometimes."
I nod and smile as we walk "going for a nice peaceful walk is one of the best ways to clear your mind so you can think clearly, meditation is great too. I love to find a nice quiet spot with some nice trees around me and just sit down, close my eyes and meditate. It is so relaxing" I say, fiddling with the pendant around my neck and lean on you as we walk. My smile broadens ever so slightly
I hold your paw a little tighter as we walk towards the nice park "Oh yeah, that's a lovely thing to do. I haven't done so in a while, but it definitely is lovely to do at least once in a while." Hesitantly, I pet through your lovely red hair with my other paw as you lean on me. "What's with the pendant, if I may?" I ask as the edge of the park comes into view.
I smile, enjoying the feeling of you brushing your paw through my hair. "Well you see, it's a symbol of my beliefs. I'm a Wiccan you see, I believe in magick, and i have strong connections with nature." I smile and play with my pendant again. I look up at the sky and whisper thanks to the deities.
Giggling softly, I keep petting, loving the soft smooth hair of yours. "Ooh, interesting! I don't have any beliefs myself, but that sounds pretty neat." We finally arrive at the entrance of the park and enter, walking along the grass to a lonely section with a few trees providing shade, with a bench not too far away.
I smile "well it is pretty neat, but like any other belief or religion, it isn't for everyone" I say as we sit down on the bench. I continue to lean on you, "mm your touch is so soft and gentle, unlike....unlike my ex" I say, placing my hand on your lap. I smile as we watch the leaves fall around us. "this sure is a lovely park"
"Yeah, that's true. No one can agree on everything." I let out a little sigh, thinking of the arguments and that stem from those topics. I return to gently petting your hair as you lean on me. "Ssshh, none of that comparing to the past now, okay?" I gently lay my head on yours as you lean on me "Yeah, it's my favourite place around."
I smile as I continue to lean on you, not being used to actually being held like this, the tears from before come back. I try to hide or wipe them away. "O..okay, it's just my ex..he abused me...badly" I say, leaning even closer to you. "Xaniith, there...there's something you should know about me..." I say as I try hard to not show my tears.
I stop my petting and put my paw on your side and pull you in close, getting more tissues and offering them to you. "Aww, I'm very sorry to hear that, those guys simply don't know how to treat such nice girl such like you." I lean my head forward, and look into your eyes "What is it Scarlet?" I ask with a look of concern.
I thankfully take the tissues and wipe my tears away, "Well you see, first of all, my ex beat me badly, i became very depressed and cut myself as a result from it, but the thing is..." i say sighing a little, "I'm...I mean...I wasn't born female... I...I mean..I'm transgendered, I just...I had the operation, but... please d..don't hate me" i cry as I bury my face into your chest
I gently rub your side with my paw "Aww, my dear...that...that's quite the heartwrenching background... I don't really know what to say...I only wish that you recover and get the help you need..." I look at you unphased at the latter fact. "W-why would I hate you? There's nothing wrong with that, and anyone who thinks otherwise are idiots, I must say..." I lightly rub my chin on your head and pet "Ssshhh, there there. Everything will be alright. I promise."
I get as close as possible and hug you as I cry into your chest, and as you say you don't hate me, I look up, tears staining my eyes "R..really? y..you're the first to not hate me for this..." I blush slightly as i kiss you again, "You really are nice"
Hugging back, I smile sweetly down at you "Of course I don't, I see absolutely no reason to..". I let out a little 'eep' of surprise from the kiss, but return to smiling down at you, giggling "D'aww you are too!".
I giggle a little and continue to hug you. "who would have thought that moving to the town would have lead me to you" I giggle again, this time, sliding down a little and resting my head in your lap as i lay down across the park bench, looking up at you with a smile. "Is there anything you'd like to know about me?"
Although still a bit surprised at the forwardness and affection, I keep hugging back happily "It sure is lucky, isn't it? Perhaps your gods willed it to be so?". As you lay down I return to petting and gently placed my other paw on your nose, before answering "Boop!... Hmm..While I don't have a problem with it or anything, I am curious, do you know anyone else who, like you, weren't born the gender they identify with?"
