I've been going Monster Hunter crazy these last few months, and I know that there are other Monster Hunter fans out there, so here's a discussion thread for Monster Hunter! Yay Monster Hunter! As far as I know, none of my friends play it. As much as I ramble at them in the hopes they'll give in and buy it... Nope. I'm a lonely hunter... I think I need a hug. Anyway... So... What's your favourite monster? My favourite's the Kushala Daora! It's so awesome with it's awesome wind controlling awesomeness and it's metallic skin! And fighting it's Fun Fun Fun!
It's a shame Tri was only released on wii, it'd have been so awesome if it was on other gaming machines too.... i.e. PC. ... Do you have to use motion sensor control stuff for it, or can you turn it off? I know if I buy it I'll be a year or so late to the G3 party... I just don't think I wanna buy another motion-sensor-crazy game.
I got a wii controller. I just use that to play. The wii mote was just an accident waiting to happen. I'm a little to flaily.
You mean you can use the Wii Classic controller? If so, sweet. Just worried they'd gone and made it completely mandatory to use the pointless motion controls. "Oh, lets make them swing the nunchuck to carve, that'll boost their experience of the game!" If they'd completely gone down that road for Tri, I'd probably not want to buy it... Gigginox looks kinda like a Khezu. Only, less disgusting... XD
Kinda bumping the thread but it's monster hunter so... Yeah LyonK, Monster hunter 4, but Monster hunter 3 Ultimate looks promising as well. My favorite monster would have to be Jinouga, hes so fun to fight in monster hunter portable third.
