Thats seems a bit like you are suiting the list you made more towards you and some OC's than you are the overall community. I dissagree with a fair amount, buy some of them potentially.
I think that Dragon, Buffalo, Crystal Pony, Donkey and Changeling should be added. If Seapony and Griffon are options I think those are fair as well. The Species listed that don't speak shouldn't be listed. I also think that all Species should have three options: one with (m), one with (f), and one with neither. Not only would that be consistent with the Species listed now, but I've always liked that the Species can be gender-neutral. If adding these is too difficult, then forget I said anything. If you want to be a cat, and you don't feel like having the word "Cat" in your username is sufficient, change your custom title or something. Add it to your signature. You have plenty of other options. It would be, except then the Gender and Species options would have to be separate, further complicating this endeavor.
This brings back nostalgia from when this was suggested over a year ago, and was found to be unnecessary then. If it isn't too much work, I like the suggestion of making the Species area able to be filled in with text, and then making the gender a drop down the most so far.
