Crimson stepped to the side, and rolled his arms out almost like a gentlemen. "Ladies first!" Crimson joked
The Atlantians guards then suddenly yelled at the group. "Okay, we aren't welcome" Crimson said. "Time to go loud"
"Sorry about that, Rarity." Applejack said, putting her hand in her shoulder and giving her a reassuring smile before walking in
"Halt!" said a voice from inside. "What are you doing here?" The voice came from a woman. A woman with a rather light shade of lavender skin, and a purple ponytail with teal streaks.
"Your responsible for the brainwashing of the entire Atlantian race, I presume?" Sunset asked, getting defensive. "Controlling and exploiting them like puppets?" "Why?" Crimson asked Starlight. "Why are you doing this?"
"Calm down, now," said Starlight, "I shall explain everything to you in due time. For now, why not enjoy the sights of your future home?" "What did you say?" asked Rainbow Dash angrily. "You heard me. Once you enter Atlantis, you can't leave." "Just try and stop us," Rainbow Dash replied, as she charged up her magical aura.
Starlight just raised a finger and suddenly, Rainbow Dash hit the ground. Feeling completely drained of her energy. "Oh dear...." Rarity spoke. "This can't be good.
"Such an impressive aura," said Starlight, "a shame you wasted it. Only an Atlantian could have such a magical signature..." "What?!" said Rainbow Dash, slowly getting up. "What are you talking about?" "You have Atlantian blood in your veins. I can tell."
"And you do as well...Lionheart" Starlight smiled as she raised her finger again, sending Crimson flying across the palace before crashing into a concrete pillar. "How do you know my name? And....Atlantian?" Crimson asked, feeling as if he had been hit by a truck. "You and your rainbow haired companion both have Atlantian blood. It explains why the two of you have such a powerful concentration of magic, It might even explain why the two of you are in a different league entirely from the rest of your companions?" Starlight said, throwing Crimson back across the palace before smashing his body next to Rainbow's. "I'm the Empress of Atlantis, and you are in my domain. I'm the most powerful person in the planet, leading the most powerful civilization in human history. You have no power here...."
Circuit drew his sword. "Well, you're aren't only dealing with people," he said. "Ah yes... Mr. Breaker, or rather, Teramus, son of Erethor of the digital plane. How could I have overlooked you?" Starlight said, raising her finger again. Circuit was knocked flat on his rear, with his energy drained. His body returned to normal. "My mana... it's gone..." "You see, Teramus, you're the reason Atlantis has risen out of the sea once more," she explained, "We couldn't have such potential go untapped, could we?" "What are you saying?" "I ask that you, Lionheart and your rainbow-haired companion join my army. Together, we can reclaim our Empire, and once again prevail as the ultimate power on Earth." Circuit just stood up slowly, saying nothing. "Do you need an hour or two to think it over, Teramus?" she asked. "I don't need a second," said Circuit, "I'll never join you." "Perhaps solitary confinement will implore you to reconsider..." she said ominously. "Guards! Take them away!"
Crimson, Rainbow and the rest of the girls were taken by the brainwashed Atlantian guards and thrown into individual jail-cell's for Solitary confinement. Instead of keeping them close together in the case of the breakout, they were isolated and placed in separate parts of the island underground. If the escape had to gather his allies, they would have to fight their way through the entire island first before he could escape.
Circuit sat in his cell, smirking. What they don't know, thought Circuit, is that I have a hotline to someone who can help us. Circuit pulled out the crystal and rubbed it. Almost instantly, Circuit saw the figure of Erethor appear before him. "You summoned me, my son?" he asked. "I am currently being held in a prison cell in Atlantis," Circuit explained. "I ask only for the strength necessary to escape, free my friends, and defeat the Empress of Atlantis." Suddenly, the crystal glowed, enveloping him in green light. Circuit emerged from the light seconds later, as a green, translucent, polygonal version of himself. "This is your second battle form," Erethor explained. "It is highly resistant to most magic leeching attacks, and enhances your strength and speed twice as much as your first battle form. Plus, you retain all of your abilities you have in your first battle form." "Thank you, father," said Circuit. "Good luck." And with that, Erethor vanished. Circuit blasted the door open, and attacked any guards in his way, as he made his way to Sunset's cell. ----- Rainbow Dash was in her cell, squirming in mock pain. "Help!" she shouted, "I think my appendix burst..." A guard came running to her cell, but as soon as he unlocked the door, Rainbow Dash knocked him out. She then took his armor and ran out. "Heh, the most advanced race on Earth still falls for the old 'sick prisoner' trick," she said to herself. She then went over to Crimson's cell.
Crimson was heavily restrained, being tied up to the wall with three different restraints to his wrists, legs and neck. The first restraint being a magic-draining restraint that removed the ability to use magic, while the other two restraints were reinforced titanium. Whatever the reason, they really didn't want Crimson to escape. He just remained on the wall, unable to move in the slightest. Then, Rainbow kicked the door down to his cell after beating up the two guards nearby
Rainbow Dash removed her armor, and said, "Hold tight, Crim, you'll be out in a snap." And she proceeded to bend the titanium restraints in such a way that they no longer did their job. Seeing the shocked look on Crimson's face, she said, "Magic isn't the only thing I'm a marvel at. I took up bodybuilding a while ago. It's impressive how I bench-pressed 2 tons in five seconds." She then removed the magical restraint, crushed it in her hand, took Crimson by the arm, and ran. ----- "Circuit... How did you..." "It's alright, Sunset," he replied, bending the bars on the door. "Follow me." And she did.
While the others were making their escape, security began to appear almost everywhere as hundreds of armed guards went to hunting down all the escapees before they ever had the chance to make it to the throne room.
Circuit made it to the door of the throne room with Crimson, Rainbow, Sunset and the others, only to find the guards in the way. "Time for plan B," said Circuit, as he blasted through the guards and opened the door. However, Starlight just sat there, clapping. "Excellent job, Teramus," she said sarcastically. "You and your friends were more difficult than I thought. But you don't realize that your pink companion was correct about me. You see, I'm not Atlantian at all! I'm not even human! I'm from the digital plane. Just like you... little brother." "B... brother?!?" said Circuit in astonishment. "Ten thousand years ago, I was sent here by Erethor to guide the fledgeling human species. As I grew up, I realized I could control the native Homo sapiens population with ease. And so I established Atlantis as my home, my place to rule this pathetic rock of a planet. Within a thousand years, Atlantis was in control of what is now the Western world. But Erethor saw what I had become, and was displeased." "You mean, the flood that sank Atlantis...?" "It was meant to kill me. But I thought of everything. I submerged the entire continent, and placed the citizens into stasis. However, I learned that afterwards, Erethor had another child. A son, placed into stasis until such a time that humanity would be threatened by outside forces, give or take twenty years. And so I waited, for the day to come. Oh, and by the way... the Atlantians? They can all trace their ancestry back to me and some poor human wretch I found at sixteen."
