The fireball was deflected back with nothing more then a single finger, sailing across the air before hitting the wall. The mysterious Nazi raised a single hand towards the wall. The Major and Crimson's eyes widened in shock as they suddenly did whatever they could to stop the coming attack. "Hit the deck, now!" Crimson shouted to his friends, bringing up a magic barrier as quick as he could just before a huge shockwave suddenly pulsated the fort. A sudden blast of wind completely decimated the wall and blasted everyone on the wall away at around 800mph, killing anyone unfortunate enough to not protect themselves in time. Crimson's barrier spell didn't operate in time to the almost near-supersonic attack, throwing the girls and boys only a dozen meters into the middle of the courtyard instead of several miles. The wall was practically gone at this point, a huge chunk nothing more of a crater at this point. Any excess brick and foundation activated as shrapnel, tearing and damaging any other defensive structure nearby. The SS officer then casually walked towards the Fort, lowering his hands as black magic emanated out of them as he summoned two gigantic undead wolves the size of a mammoth suddenly came to life and charged the area.
Rainbow Dash got up as quickly as she could, and ran toward the wolves, before leaping into the air and breaking each wolf's back. The Nazi was surprised, but not undeterred. He shot lightning at her, but it only gave her bodysuit some scuff marks. This is when her attacker began to worry slightly. "How did you slaughter my undead wolves?" he asked, in a heavy German accent. "Who do you think you are?" Rainbow Dash smiled before saying, "I am Rainbow Dash, a fourth-generation mage and American-born daughter of the Soviet Union. I bear on my shoulders the legacy of my people, I carry in my heart the spirit of the Motherland, and I wear upon my body the uniform of my great-grandmother. Does that answer your question?" Now the SS officer began to be afraid. He had ordered the Soviet mages exterminated due to their incredible power, and he believed they were eradicated.
"Stalin was right to be afraid of you, but that doesn't matter" The German selfishly chuckled before the undead wolves suddenly rose up again and began to charge Rainbow. The Nazi suddenly shot another bolt of lightning at Rainbow, this one being far more powerful then the previous attack. The sheer force of the attack managed to damage the bodysuit this time, all the while the Wolves suddenly pounced on Rainbow. One managed to scratch her leg, while the other one had it's ferocious yet decayed canine teeth mere inches from her face, dripping blood and saliva onto her cyan colored girl. This time, Applejack rushed to attack the Millennium mage with the idea of beating the mage to death. She tried to attack from behind, all before the Mage merely blocked her with two fingers before throwing the cowgirl across the battlefield with no more effort then it took to swat a fly. Meanwhile, plenty of the surviving mages, Sunset and the Major were preparing to unleash a firestorm by unloading high-powered fireballs against the Nazi.
Rainbow Dash sent out a shockwave against the wolves, knocking them over, before setting them on fire to make sure they stayed dead. Meanwhile, the Nazi simply deflected the fireballs, before sending them all at Rainbow Dash, who dodged just in time. "Stalin was a coward," Rainbow Dash replied, "too afraid of magic to realize its value on the battlefield. I assure you, karma paid him back in kind." At this, the SS veteran began to shoot even stronger lightning at her, but she threw up a forcefield to protect herself. The blast knocked her on her behind. She chuckled before adding, "I can tell you're afraid. Guess what? You should be." She then shot some lightning back at him. He deflected most of it, but some got through, scarring his face. "How did you...?" he asked bewilderedly. "That forcefield absorbs whatever hits it, so I can throw it back at my opponent," she explained. "I've never used it against someone like you, until now, but it worked, and that's what counts."
The lightning burn on his face soon began to regenerate itself, while the SS officer grudgingly began to hover above the ground. He was looking for a simple raid, not a full blown battle. The rest of the girls soon ran over to Rainbow, while the Nazi slowly began to dissolve piece by piece like paper. "I'll be back. Perhaps next time, you should look at the sky" And like that, he vanished as he dissolve entirely into thin air.
"This guy's tougher than I thought," said Circuit. Derpy regained consciousness at that moment. "What'd I miss?" she asked.
"Oh, nothing much." Sunset told Derpy. "Just two enormous undead wolves, some fire and lightning, and the shockwave that knocked you unconscious" Twilight then thought for a moment. "What did he mean by 'You should look at the sky?"
"Oh sh-" Rarity tried to curse before she was hit in the stomach with another meteorite, knocking the wind out of her and sending her to the ground. Derpy then noticed the sky above them went grey and looked up, only to look in absolute terror at what she found...
"The maniac must have blown up an asteroid," said Twilight, as they saw a mass of rugby-ball-sized meteorites falling to Earth.
"There's no time!" said Derpy, "If we don't get ourselves, Dash, and Rarity to safety, we may join them!"
"Right! Let's go!" Crimson said as the group, with Fluttershy and Sunset carrying RD and Rarity to safety back in the Hotel. Meanwhile, the surviving mages rushed to cover
Rainbow slowly came to once they got inside. "What the hell did he do?!" she demanded once she fully regained consciousness.
"Must have blown up a meteor, just for the sake of collateral" Twilight told the group. "I don't think this was what he meant by what he could be doing next, maybe this was to merely cover his tracks"
"We'll see him again, just count on it" Crimson told Rainbow. Before long, a heavily injured Major walked through the door dragging his feet. He just slowly looked at the group, not very amused at what just happened. "That maniac just wiped out 60% of our forces in a single blow." The Major said, taking a deep breath. "This isn't good."
"We need to get stronger," said Rainbow Dash, "if we wanna have any chance of even hurting this guy."
