Spoiler: Music for scene 9.37pm Abandoned Canterlot Train Station. Three men in their early 20's stood outside of what looked like an abandoned stone building, which was originally going to serve as the city's main terminal for the original railway line to the capital. All of them looked like they are armed to some degree, likely to scare away some of the locals. One of them was smoking a cigarette, and the others engaged in idle chatter. Then, the man that their boss wanted walked right around the corner. The smoking man instantly looked at this and threw away his lit cigarette and went to approach him. "Your boss wanted me to hand myself in to him..." Crimson waved his arms apart, almost to surrender himself to them. The other 'guards' still menacingly went to approach him. Then, the first guard tried to pull a switchblade from his wrist and tried to stab him in the chest, failing miserably as his attack did nothing but pointless stab the air. Crimson slid something under his jacket, a baseball bat. Before the first thug even reacted to the attack, a simple swing to the kneecaps was enough to totally incapacitate the first thug, before an upward swing to the bottom of his chin took him down for good. "Fine...." Crimson grumbled. One of them pulled out a Fire-Axe and swung towards Crim, but still managed to miss due to the weight of the weapon slowing him down. Crimson retaliated by swinging the bat to the center of his chest, winding him before spinning around and smashing the bat into the back of the thugs head, nearly killing the man. The last thug then tried to attack Crimson again before he was merely jabbed in the chest with the bat and then having his arm twisted around the bat and Crimson's arm, causing the thug to scream loudly as his entire arm was dislocated with a twist, before Crimson punched the thug in the chest to send him down to further break his arm. The beaten thug was then smashed in the chest and spine following several fast yet skillful blows to the torso, before a final blow to the back of the neck sent him down. All three 'guards', beaten in less then ten seconds. Crimson then looked back the direction he came. "Coast is clear..."
The girls followed Crim at a safe distance, not wanting to draw more attention to themselves than needed.
The girls quickly kept close distance to the wall, following quietly as they heard more banging and noises of pain around the corner while Crimson went on ahead. When they made it around the corner, at least six other gang members was on the ground in a broken heap. One of them looked like he'd been nearly killed after a brutal blow, but he was unconscious and bleeding. Crimson was perhaps a hundred meters ahead of them, now turning around the corner and kicking open the doors to head downstairs into the abandoned entrance of the station. "I'd hate to see him mad...." Pinkie commented before remembering that unfortunate Christmas Day she shared when Rainbow and her got into an argument. "Oh wait...." Rainbow groaned. "Could we not bring that up?" "Sorry..." Pinkie zipped, keeping quiet.
"And besides," whispered Rainbow Dash, "we don't want to get--" "HOLD UP!!" They were now surrounded by about 20 or 30 gang members. "...caught."
Spoiler: Music For Scene The gang members had now surrounded them from virtually all angles, encircling them and trapping the group. Fluttershy screamed in terror as the group started to close in towards them, pushing towards them menacingly. "That's it, we are going to die..." Sunset said, trying to push herself away from the group before her back was pressed among her friends. Crimson was stuck in the middle of the group, almost not even phased at him being trapped. Although for the first time, these thugs had something that he'd never seen any other gang in a large quantity. Guns. Eight of them had guns. "I was going to surrender myself to you guys....your friends on the surface didn't get the memo." Crimson warned them before looking at the others. Some of them seemed nervous, others seemed determined. "The boss wants you alive, specifically." One of the other thugs threatened. "He doesn't want the girls. Which is why he's being generous in letting them stay for this long. All they ne-" "Screw You!" Rainbow Dash spat brashly. "I'm not going anywhere!" "Then it seems you don't have a choice, scrap." The thug spoke again. "The sheer fact that your friend has discovered our Hideout is enough information. We've been compromised. And as a result, none of you are going to leave alive tonight...."
"Oh, no!" said Pinkie Pie, embracing Crimson tightly in fear. "Didn't y'all hear her?" asked Applejack angrily, "We ain't gonna budge, and y'all can't make us!" "Oh, yes we can," said a thug, as he ordered the others to open fire. The group braced themselves for the bullets, their lives flashing before their eyes... ...except nothing happened. They were still alive, and when they looked up, they saw their would-be killers, trembling in fear, as bullets laid upon the ground in a circle surrounding them. "...What... what just happened?!" asked Crim in surprise as the attackers ran away. "THERE'S NO TIME TO EXPLAIN, WE MUST KEEP GOING!!" shouted Rarity nervously.
The attackers fled in every direction, dropping their guns and running away at the seemingly supernatual event that had just transpired. As they fled, the group of girls soon broke into a rough sprint as they started to run across the old terminal ground. Still not able to comprehend what had just happened, Crimson stood there in complete shock. Wondering what on Earth had just happened. Divine Intervention? Supernatual Sorcery? Both? "CRIM! COME ON, LETS GO!" Rainbow Dash shouted, halfway down the stairs to a emotionally shocked Crimson. It seemed to throw him off from his daze, as he snapped back to reality. "Oh...okay" Wishing to prevent another standstill, Crimson went over to pick up one of the dropped guns. A 10mm pistol that one of the armed thugs had dropped, along with an entire clip that he must have dropped as the Thugs soon ran into the tunnels and far away. He soon had to run downstairs to catch up with the girls. Hopefully he was able to save Rugburn in time.
----- Deep within the tunnels, inside an old subway car, the head of the Pink Cloud gang had his captive held tightly and securely in a chair with rope, though the electrical tape over his mouth had fallen off ages ago. "You gotta let me go, man," said Rugburn desperately, "I have a son, and--" "And your son knows what will happen if he doesn't comply with my demands," replied the crime boss harshly, slapping the hostage. "If he knows what's good for him, he'll hand his friend over with no trouble." ---- "Well, this must be it," said Crimson, staring at the door to a maintenance passageway. "You girls wait here. If there's trouble, you'll hear it, in which case, run in and help." "Why can't we help with this, huh?" asked Rainbow Dash snidely, "Scared we might get hurt?" "It's not that," said Crim. "I'm sorry, but this whole load of madness has become too bloody personal for me. I must do this alone." He gave the others a group hug before walking into the room. "...what's good for him, he'll hand his friend over with no trouble." "Here I am, you tosser," shouted Crim loudly, "It's time to end this rubbish." The gang leader laughed. "Speak of the devil," he said with a slight chuckle, "I couldn't agree more with you, Mr. Lionheart. Now that you're here," he added, whipping out a pistol and aiming it at Rugburn's head, "I won't be needing this anymore." "You won't be needing that, either," said a third voice behind him, as a grey hand wrestled the gun from the crime boss's grasp... "I'll be taking him off your hands," said Circuit.
The boss of the gang tried to fire his pistol while it was trying to be wrestled away from his grasp by Circuit, managing to pull the trigger. The bullet managed to escape from the chamber and shoot straight through the roof of the ceiling of the derelict train carriage. The boss was physically stronger then Circuit was, and was currently trying his hardest to take away the weapon. In the end, the thug managed to knock Circuit quite a distance away with a devastating blow to the gut that managed to wind him. With him taken care of, all the boss had to do was pull the trigger to take care of Crimson. He shot two rounds to....nothing but an empty hall. Before Crimson climbed out from his makeshift cover of the train-seat and ran among the tops of the chairs in leaps and bounds before managing to land a shocking blow to his face, causing the boss to cry in pain and dropping his gun, sending it flying along the floor to the otherside of the carriage. ----- "Did you hear that!" Sunset jumped at the incredibly loud sound of the gunshot inside. "Yep, something's going down. We need to help Crim, pronto!" Rainbow told the before the girls ran inside of the carriage, seeing a viscous kick to the face after it looked like Circuit was stunned. ----- Spoiler: Music for Beatdown Start at 0.30 Crimson then rushed foward while the boss was stunned in a boxer-like stance, faking a dodge to the left before smashing his fist directly in the middle of his stomach, following by two lightning fast blows to the face. With the boss in extraordinary pain, Crimson's right hand was an uppercut that looked like it could have broken the bosses neck, while his left hand smashed onto the back of his head like a hammer. Stunned, the boss was then shattered with a knee to his stomach before two free hands caught him by the neck in mid-air and threw him down, holding onto his leg as the boss landed onto the ground. Crimson's killer right hook came again towards the boss, in the worst imaginable place... "NO! Wait Wait Wa-" Was all the boss said before feeling a brutal blow to his groin, screaming in pain as if he'd been punched by a low-range atomic warhead, before a boot smashed into him at exactly the right....or wrong place. The Australian had effectively turned the boss from a man into a woman in one extremely violent display. Crim picked him up with one hand around his neck, choking the life out of the man who'd ruined his life ever since he arrived in America while demonstrating his surprising strength, before throwing him backwards....and stumbling towards Rugburn's adopted son....one very pissed-off Circuit Circuit then did something rather impressive. Rather then knocking the boss of the Pink Cloud out cold, he dodged his stumble and smashed a fist into his ribcage, managing to brutally cause the boss to cry out in agony. For a split second, both the boys heard the awful sound of what was possibly one of the boss's ribs breaking. Crimson caught him and yanked him by the hair, thowing his head towards the ceiling violently before dragging him towards the girls. "Circuit, help ya dad...." Crimson smiled happily at him, while the boss was screaming like a petrified toddler, totally helpless to was in store. "I'll help untie him in a second..... The boss was then thrown across the ground, landing head-first in a bloody heap before looking upwards towards. All he seen are six emotionally distraught...and very angry teenage girls. "Well....that ain't fair at all." The boss grossly commented, defiant to the end...
"Hey Dad," said Circuit as he untied Rugburn, "I'm here, everything's okay now!" "Circuit?" said Rugburn somewhat dazed, "How did you..." "It's okay, one of Crim's friends tipped off the police. You'll be fine, we just gotta get outta here." ---- "C'mon, girls!" said Rainbow Dash, as she began to twist the crime boss's arm, preventing him from escaping, only for him to throw her to the ground. "I'm... not finished yet... you little skanks..." he said, breathing heavily. Rarity prepared to kick him in the groin in response, only to be restrained by Applejack. "Now now, hun, his poor sack has suffered enough by now, don't ya think?" she said. Rainbow Dash stood back up, preparing for a kick. "Oh... she isn't..." said Fluttershy. "SHE IS!!" said Pinkie Pie, who had seemingly pulled a recliner and a bucket of popcorn out of nowhere, judging by the fact that she was sitting in the former while munching on the latter. Rainbow Dash's foot connected with the gang leader's rear end. For a few seconds, he felt no pain, though his legs were now completely numb. After that time, he began to feel immense pain in his lower back and tailbone. "My legs... why can't I feel my legs..." he asked quietly. "Oh well... doesn't matter anyway." Sunset's eyes widened as the broken man pulled a detonator out of his pocket. "If I'm going down... I'm taking you twerps with me!!" "EVERYBODY RUN!!" Sunset shouted.
The Crime Boss held the trigger, as the girls suddenly turned tail and ran out of the carriage. Circuit and a bruised Rugburn tried to make their way out of the train as fast as they could, up the stairway and out onto the main street. Crimson hesitated for a moment as he was about to run, screaming in agony and looking in blind shock as he suddenly felt a sharp pain hit his stomach. He looked down to see something horrific... ---- After a while, there was a huge explosion taking place in and around the abandoned building. Glass windows were exploding outwards onto the streets, fortunately not going far enough to harm the others. The tunnels merely collapsed under their own weight, then the main entrance of the station vanished in a terrifying display of raw explosive power. Decades of derelict stone building, vanishing in less then half a minute. Soon....a terrifyingly grim mood set in. Where was Crim? And to make matters worse, police reinforcements had just arrived. More then thirty officers arrived just a little to late to deal with the issue. Copper Top soon rushed onto the middle of the street with eight armed officers. A moment later, Winter walked into the group dressed in tactical gear, surrounded by SWAT. Things went from bad to worse....
"Circuit, thank goodness you're alright," said Winter, breathing heavily. She smiled weakly. "Good to see you too, ma'am," he replied, carrying Rugburn by the arm as the latter limped along. Meanwhile, paramedics were busy pulling Crim and any surviving gang members out of the rubble. "Where's Crimson?" asked Winter, her voice filled with concern. "Chief Rush," said a passing paramedic, "I believe this is your son? He's taken a bit of shrapnel in the gut, and sustained some blunt-force trauma from the explosion, but nothing fatal. He should be alright in a week or so." Winter sighed with relief. "Crim," asked Circuit as he approached his friend's barely conscious body, "How many fingers am I holding up?" Crim smiled a bit, flipping the bird weakly in response. "Yeah, he'll be fine," said Circuit.
"Crimmy!" Pinkie quickly exclaimed, rushing over almost instantaneously to come to Crim's aid. She was almost on the verge of hugging him had she not seen the completely horrific injuries that he had taken. "Oh dear....." Rarity said, nudging at the other girls to see him. "I can't imagine how terrified Crimson's mother would be right now..."
Crimson was loaded into an ambulance as the others grouped together, waving goodbye. "So Dash," asked Circuit, "do you think we might've been too harsh on the big boss guy?" "Eh, I'd say he's done much worse," said Rainbow Dash. "What matters is that we survived this whole mess." "You wanna grab a coffee later?" asked Circuit. "Sure, I'd love to!" The two hugged as the paramedics drove off.
One week later... After having one painful trip to the hospital, Crimson had been released. He was wearing his black jacket as he sat in Sugercube Corner, coffee in his hand watching the snow twinkle outside on the ground. The first time he'd seen any sort of winter weather like that, it was that dreaded Christmas at Pinkie's house. But now, the feeling of snow felt nice. He was still getting used to settling down in his new home, but at least now....he didn't need to worry. Pinkie Pie, having finished her shift upon working for the Cakes at Sugercube Corner, quickly went to pull her lover into a hug. "Crimmy!~" She wrapped her arms around Crimson, who was still wincing in pain. "Ah...not so hard." "Oh....sorry~" She said bashfully before sitting next to him at the coffee table, sliding her hand onto his thigh. Crim grabbed onto hers, as he just sighed. "Hey Pinkie...." Crimson asked, looking out the window. "Where do you think the future is gonna take us?" Pinkie smiled before tilting his head to the side. "Don't worry....I think I know~" Pinkie then eagerly kissed him, as the two bonded for the first time since the chaos that had taken over their lives over a week ago. And as the snow fell outside, things looked to get better.... Fin.
