Circuit just laid there on his back, trying to drift off. Rainbow Dash, however, stood over him, looking down at her lover, longingly. She was wearing one of Winter's old uniforms, which happened to be one size too small. However, Winter let her wear it, even keep it if she wanted. "Holy sh*yay*, Dash," said Circuit, grinning weakly as he stared up at his girlfriend. The police uniform just made her look all the more beautiful. "Like it?" she asked him in a sultry voice, "Winter let me have it." She knelt down as she began to explore his body with her hands. Circuit was floored, but Dash just proceeded to start covering him in kisses. Soon, his hands were exploring Dash's body as well. They were about to kiss their virginity good-bye...
The next morning... The two of the lovebirds were currently asleep in their bed, as their clothes were left in a heap on the floor. Sunset happened to wake up before Crim did, stretching her arms alongside a long yawn. She looked over to the other side of the bed, seeing a softly snoring Crimson. It was funny when she met him. Sunset was originally taken back by him, even slightly intimidated, at what she believed was a bad-boy persona. Now, having spent the best night of their lives and losing their virginity together, she knew that underneath the appearance of a tough yet loving boyfriend, and a tragic past, was a gentle yet fractured soul. She never knew why she loved him. Was it how similar they were in their history? Or was it something else. Regardless, Sunset cared for him deeply. Gently climbing out of bed, she could smell breakfast cooking downstairs. And it smelt like pancakes....
It was a good thing Winter had left the instructions for pancakes out on the counter, because she had left on foot in the middle of the night to go to the bus stop, being needed at the station. Rainbow Dash had just pulled them out of the oven. "Where's Winter?" asked Sunset as she came downstairs. "She said she'd be back by now in the note," said Rainbow Dash, shocked, "but... oh, no..."
Sunset looked shocked. She knew that if anything happened to Winter, Crim might blow a fuse. And he was still asleep, so it wouldn't be wise to tell him what happened. "Where did she go? What do you think happened?" Sunset asked
Suddenly, the news began to report a story about a woman who had been hit by a car, raped, and left in a ditch. She was apparently in critical condition. When they showed the photo, there was no mistaking her... "Winter..." said Rainbow Dash sadly, "Oh, no..."
Fortunately enough, Crim happened to wake up and walk downstairs just as the news report about his mother ended. He stretched as he looked about in a sleepy daze, looking at the group around the breakfast table as a stack of pancakes caught his attention. The news was playing the weather as he walked through the room, not telling the truth about what happened. But if he found out... "Morning guys!" He happily said before heading to the table.
The next day... "What do you two want?" asked Sunset when she was approached by her former lackeys, Snips and Snails. The two of them couldn't be any older than freshmen.
Spoiler: Music for scene "Oh, nothing. We are more worried about what happened to that woman who was attacked the other day" Snips told Sunset. "Haven't seen her around, so she must have been new around here..." Sunset was eyeing the two lackeys down. They might have looked totally harmless, from prior experience, these two boys were some serious pieces of work. Loners with nobody but themselves, and generally creepy. She wondered if these two ever left their basements other then to go to school. "Right, because that happened to be Crimson's mother. He doesn't know what's happened yet, and he has been convinced that his mother is just staying over at a friends house." Sunset said, shaking her head. "And i-" "Wait a minute..." Snails cut her off. "The guy who totally wiped out the Canterlot Pink Cloud gang!?" Sunset nodded. "Yeah, him. And the guy who saved the lives of everyone at the Fall Formal, including yours if I remember. So that brings up his body count into the several hundreds at least, despite having not killed anyone himself." Snails gulped at the thought, not wishing to tangle with him. If the stories about him are true, about his supposed involvement in the destruction of the Canterlot Underground, then that "body-count" would be over a thousand. Sunset sighed deeply. "Listen, I don't like you two and Crimson doesn't know what's happened yet. So for your own safety, if he finds out that ANYONE from Canterlot High is involved with what happened to his mother, I think that he might snap..." "Snap?" Snips said, while Snails froze in his spot, thinking about his own neck being snapped like a twig "I mean, we've seen him mad during the Fall Formal...but he can't be that dangerous? Sunset had her suspicions about these two, they've always been strange, but she decided to warn them anyway. It seemed that the message wasn't exactly getting through to them. "Listen, because I'm only giving you idiots one warning..." Sunset said. "If Crimson finds out what happens, and if you two are responsible because you wanted to satisfy some weird kink of yours, he's going to make you wish that you had never been born. He watched his childhood friend die before him without breaking, destroyed entire street-gangs both here and in Australia because they tried to hurt him and his mother... But if anyone even tries to harm his mother, rape her and leave her to die of all things....he's going to go berserk." Sunset told the two of them coldly, leaving the Freshmen absolutely petrified. "N-no way...." They said in unison. Sunset got her phone out and checked the time. "School is tomorrow....so let's hope that we have an entire day where he doesn't find out. Catch you two later..." Sunset then left the two and went on her way, while Snips and Snails just stood there in stunned silence....
Once Sunset was out of earshot, Snips went into full panic mode. "Oh, sh*yay*... Oh, God, oh, SH*yay*!!" he said, shaking Snails in fear, "We didn't know that was Crimson's mom! SH*yay*!" "Calm down, Snips," said Snails calmly, "If we just play it cool, no one gets hurt, just like Sunset said." "But what if he finds out anyway?!" panicked Snips, "You saw what he did to those gang members! If he finds out, we're BONED!! SIX FEET UNDER!!! WE'LL BE SLEEPING WITH THE FISHES AND FED TO THE WOR-" "Don't worry," Snails reassured his partner, "We can get through this."
Monday.... Canterlot High, 9.32am It was another day at CHS, except for Crimson. His mother had been spending an entire weekend at a friends place, although the truth he wasn't told was drastically more grim. She had been gone for at least three days now, and Crimson was now getting worried. It started to show when he was back at school, where he was silent for nearly the entire morning. Throughout class, he kept to himself and listened to the teachers. He was worried sick tho, and to the students who knew the woman that was attacked, they kept their mouth shut. The truth would come out sooner or later, as the teachers installed a large TV that had 24/7 news on loop. From local news to international news, it played it all. It wasn't until Crim sat with his friends during recess that things were about to escalate...
Suddenly, the TV news in the lunchroom began to play the news about Crim's mom. "Still no leads on the perpetrators of this vile act..." said the reporter.
Spoiler: Music for scene [Heavily Recommended] The moment the report ended, Crimson looked in total shock. He was left at the table utterly speechless, mouth agape towards the television. Students inside the cafeteria began talking about the attack surrounding his mother, looking at him with faces of concern. With every passing moment, Crimson's expression turned from one that was generally concerned about his mother, to another expression of total rage. He was silent throughout the buildup, as a few tears of rage started to escape his eyes. "Crimson, please....deep breaths" Fluttershy said nervously, watching the red colored teen grow angrier and angrier by the second. Then, at the worst possible second, Snips and Snails walked through the cafeteria door, instantly noticing the report playing on TV. They looked absolutely terrified, but when they found Crimson, they did the absolute worst thing. They locked eyes..... Crimson's rage suddenly multiplied ten-fold as he stood upright from the table, and punched it hard enough to almost snap the weak lunch-tables into two. Snips and Snails ran out of the cafeteria, screaming and running for their lives. "YOU'RE DEAD!!!" Crimson bellowed, rising from the near-broken table and suddenly breaking into a sprint.
The others ran after him, trying to make sure he didn't end up in the slammer. When they eventually caught up to him, the two were lying in a pool of their own blood while Crim was about to strike death blows. It took Applejack and Rainbow Dash working together to hold him down. Which was good, because at that moment, squad cars began to arrive, with a certain officer having a personal affair...
With Crimson himself strained, although barely, the officer who stepped out one of the squad cars happened to be Winter. Winter looked much better then she was, being well enough to resume duty. Although, she looked over at the heart-broken mess that was Crimson, holding a aluminum blood-soaked baseball bat over the two broken bodies of Snips and Snails. Most of the school was in shocked at how savage and violent the beatdown was, knowing full well that if nobody tried to stop Crim a few moments later, he would have killed both of them easily... Crimson locked eyes with his mother in shock, while paramedics soon arrived to detain the barely alive Freshmen. "Mum!" Crimson yelled happily, running before hugging his adoptive mother almost with full force. Winter was surprised at the force, but she was grateful to be around for Crim. "Crim? Did you do this?" Winter said with concern, just like any other mother would be like. Although she was grateful that Crimson was alright, there was a bit of disgust in her voice about the bloody mess that he created. It wasn't the first time that she witnessed Crimson do these in order to protect her, and he has done MUCH worse in the past, but everytime it happened wasn't easy. Not even for the new life they both wanted to create... He sadly nodded, knowing full-well that his emotions got the better of him. He soon began to cry into her shoulder. "I'm sorry....I'm so sorry...."
With Crim and Winter both sharing a family embrace, Snips and Snails were found guilty for assaulting an officer, among with the string of other charges such as Torture and Rape. Along with that, the two were also found guilty of child pornography after taking illicit photos of students from CHS in secret, all of whom were under the age of 18 and never knew these photos existed. The two were thrown into juvenile, along with another jail sentence when they turn 18, adding together for a 15 year sentence. Meanwhile, things were believed to have returned back to normal. Crim and Winter were fine, along with everyone else. Things were about to get far worse....
Rainbow Dash was slowly beginning to realize something... Every time some magical problem had hit, Twilight was there. In fact, everything had been relatively normal until she had arrived. For the moment, however, she simply shrugged it off as mere coincidence...
6.31pm, July 28th 2014 Horseshoe Bay, Canterlot USA. Crim had been walking nearby the Oceanside, while the sun was setting and the nightlife was starting to play. The past few months he had been at CHS for had changed his life forever, with him finding friends along the way. New friends, girlfriends and even a lost one along the way. He did however, blame himself for Orchid's death. Had he never arrive in Canterlot and move into another city instead, she would still be alive. And with him essentially being a magnet for the worst kind of thugs and scumbags, his life has been one thing so far. Violent. He didn't know why it had to be like this. Everywhere he went, and everytime he believed that he can settle down, violence and death seemed to follow. The voices that used to speak to him had been gone since Orchid died, hopefully for good, when Crim went into a blood rage. He sat nearby a bench to catch his bearings, tired from the walking. However, as he sat down, another figure appeared. It appeared to look like a man in an old letterman jacket, but it's head wasn't human. Instead, the shape of his head was a rooster that looked terrifyingly realistic. It was the main "ghost" that always spoke to him, the voice that always appeared whenever something terrible was about to happen. He was casually smoking a cigarette next to Crim, as the depressed teen sat down. "I need to applaud you, Crimson" The voice spoke to him, appearing to him in the flesh. "You've been in America for a little while now...lets hope we have some good times ahead of us" Crim just remained silent as they Rooster headed human looked at him, with large inhuman eyes as black as the void itself. "Don't look so sad, you did all you could and she still died. But in not here to celebrate that, I'm here to keep you company. We are very alike...." "Richard...." Crimson broke the silence. "It's about time you finally introduce who you are...." Richard then scoffed. "Crimson, my boy. You and I are kindred spirits, both connected to one another unlike anything else in this world. I've been with you since the day we are born, and I've been...well....your 'guardian angel' so to speak. I've been influencing your entire life since day one, shaping you into the man that I believe you can be. I'm someone and something that many would deem to be...unnatural" Crimson looked at Richard. "Death..." Richard nodded in agreement. "Mankind has also called me The Grim Reaper, and all my other names have come and gone. But you are special, because you are exactly like me..." Crimson remained silent, listening to him closely. "The death of your parents, the brutal attacks against you and your family, the death of Orchid Bloom...such unfortunate things. If one of these things never happened, the butterfly effect would be impossible to predict. But...in the end, I happen to be a harsh mentor....and father." Crimson looked towards the ocean sadly, watching the moonlight take shape over it. "Since you are here....what's going to happen. Is it bad? Richard shook his head. "Oh this? This is much worse...." Crim nodded sadly before looking at Richard. "How long do I have?" Richard looked over again. "Not long at all. Judgement is coming...and in the end, you are just a mortal. But...you are my son, and I'm your true father. You will find eternal paradise whenever you end up going to heaven or hell..." Crim nodded. "Thanks...Dad" he said hesitantly. Richard had a smirk on his face. "The Elements of Harmony must survive the next two weeks...otherwise the world is doomed. Farewell, son." Crim looked away for a moment. "Wait! What the the elements of ha-" But it was too late, for in an instant, he was gone. Crim stood up from the bench and walked away again. He had found his identity, and now had a warning of what was to come...
Twilight Sparkle had turned up again, seemingly to check up on things. What she didn't know was that the universe she had just entered was not ever supposed to have magic at all. The fact that it did was something of a loophole in reality... A loophole that was about to close, and take the universe with it...
Somewhere in Heaven... Orchid stood away from a plain looking wooden door, standing in an endless field of clouds. The deceased girl had died about two months ago, but she stood at the edge of heaven. The moment she walked through that door, she would return to the mortal world as a mortal girl. It would be like she never died at all, but she stood at the gateway. Taking a sigh of relief, she walked through the door... God began to worry about a coming change that would bring down the fabric of her entire universe, and he had tasked Orchid to save the universe. She had one thing to do... Kill Crimson...
