(The plot thickens... [Heh heh, he said "plot."] NOT THAT KIND OF PLOT, YOU PERVERT!!!) (Later, Circuit Breaker's house) Circuit Breaker opened the door to his house as he and Crimson went inside. It wasn't quite impressive, but it was all he had. In the living room there was a small flat-screen TV, which had a Wii U and a DVD player plugged into it. On the shelves were various Power Rangers action figures, a couple Transformers, and a family portrait. On the walls were posters for classic action and sci-fi films. In one corner was a stack of Deadpool comics, and in another, a D&D kit. On an office desk rested the Commodore 64 Rainbow Dash had given him. Circuit was a nerd in every sense of the word. "Wow, this is awesome" Crimson was very impressed. Of course, Crimsons wasn't as good either. All he had was a fairly large TV, about three consoles, around five hundred games and movie posters and pictures, one of which was Chewbacca holding a surfboard (I actually own this poster x3). Crimson was considered to be a major nerd as well, although he did surf occasionally. "Well...what should we do first?"
"Well," said Circuit, "I've got the Wii U hooked up, an Xbox 360 in the bedroom, and the Genesis (that is, Mega Drive) is in the basement with the PS1 and the Atari 2600. As for traditional games, there's poker, ping pong, foosball, billiards, and various board games. I've also got Netflix and Hulu Plus. And of course, there's always D&D." "I'll sit tight" Crimson said before sitting down on the nearby sofa. Circuit's house, and the sheer amount of stuff he had, really impressed him. For him, it was just nice to get out of the house.
Circuit Breaker dug through the large piles that filled up his basement. Suddenly, a hand reached out of the darkness and grabbed Circuit Breaker's leg. He screamed as loud as he could, but was quickly silenced by another hand over his mouth. He tried to fight, but it was no use. "Circuit?" Crimson called out after hearing the scream. He rose off the couch and looked about in a panic before running through the house. "CIRCUIT!" He ran down to the basement to find that he completely vanished. He looked about the room in a panic before finding the trapdoor. Jumping down into whatever was below, he tried his best to find Circuit. He had to save him, no matter the cost
Circuit Breaker woke up to find himself chained to a wall in a dark room. He called out for help, but the response was the worst possible. "It's no use," said Soarin's voice, "No one can hear you, you're in the middle of the woods." "What do you want?!" demanded Circuit, trying to maintain dignity. Crimson ran as fast as he could through the trap door until he soon came across the very end of it. Jumping into the air after opening the final door, he found himself in the middle of nowhere. No woods, no towns, just an endless horizon of farmland. Crimson took out his mobile after finding out that he had reception in the area and called Rainbow. "Rainbow....we have a problem."
"He's gone, Circuit was attacked and kidnapped. Again" Crimson told Rainbow sadly. "But this isn't Spitfire, im guessing Soarin because of how Circuit humiliated him. I was at his place and he went downstairs to get something from the basement. I heard him scream, then he vanished."
"Oh, crap..." Rainbow Dash said under her breath... then said, "I'm gonna help you find him. Where are you?"
"I'll come to you, I'll be there in about fifteen minutes. We can talk more there" Crimson replied before hanging up. His new body allowed him to have essentially infinite stamina, allowing him to run forever if he needed it. And at being able to run at such fast speeds, travel wasn't really a problem. Crimson put his phone in his pocket and braced himself for a run. As if hearing an invisible gunshot in the air, he took off and ran at incredible speeds.
"Yeah...I'm still getting used to my new body. I'm getting there though..." Crimson happily replied before his tone changed completely. "Need me to come inside? Or do we want to think things through on how we are going to get Circuit back?
"I know how to handle situations like this," Rainbow Dash said, "My dad was in the military, and he taught me what to do in a kidnapping situation." She led Crimson down to her basement, and flicked a switch. Suddenly, the basement converted itself into an armory, with all sorts of weapons and gadgets. "But my gut tells me we'll need firepower, and lots of it. I'm also at peak physical condition for my age and gender, so I'm pretty sure I could take Soarin in hand-to-hand combat."
"Your right about that. Soarin did mention that he was in a gang, so that means plenty of guys with some guns. We could always call for back up as well....but" Crimson said before thinking about something. "I'm not concerned for my own safety, my skin and eyes are indestructible for crying out loud. It's just...not saying that it would ever happen...if you died, I wouldn't be able to forgive myself." Crimson did look around the armoury however, plenty of things appealed to him. Australia had enormously strict gun laws, where as America seemed to be much more 'open' around them. He looked around the armoury, impressed with what he found.
"I know there's a chance of me dying," she said. "which is why I have this..." And she pressed another button, which unveiled an skintight full body suit made of an unknown material that looked as if someone had rubberized concrete and painted it black. "It's a carbonized titanium suit," she explained, "Flexible, but indestructible, it adapts to your body and your environment. I'll be wearing this when we go find Circuit."
"I think you and me should do this together, it's too dangerous for Sunset. I wouldn't risk losing her." Crimson said before looking for something. He didn't need a minigun, he just needed something reliable. When he came back to Rainbow, he just had an oversized revolver in his hand and a sword at his back. "Smith and Wesson Model 500, strongest revolver in the world. Perfect for me"
Rainbow Dash put on the carbonized titanium suit, and grabbed a machine gun, some special bullets, and a Japanese sword. "I'm taking the AK-74 with tracer rounds," said Rainbow Dash, "and the Honjo Masamune sword, one of the best in the world."
The two got themselves armed to the teeth. While Dash wore a suit to protect her, Crimson went with a more Beserker approach. He was topless and only wore black tactical boots and pants. Due to his condition, he didn't really need armour anyway. Soon, the two of them got inside Rainbows mustang and drove of towards an old boulevard, with several houses lining downwards towards a huge house, while resembled more of a castle then a two story home. They stopped at the end of the street and surveyed their approach. "I count...maybe 50. Although, there are plenty of ambush areas between every house. Get ready." Crimson said as he took out the blade from its holster behind his back. He slowly began to walk towards the end of the street before entering a sprint. "Wha...that's him. He's after the hostage, shoot him!" One of the gang members shouted, just noticing him run towards him. As several of them carried assault rifles, they emptied their magazines at him to no success. Crimson was not only stopping the bullets with his blade, but deflecting them right back at them. With that, he gave Dash an opportunity to make her approach.
