Macro smiled. "It was a good race today aswell, 3rd even with a bad wing. Very impresive as always with the Wonderbolts."
After 4 long hous of partying The party ended after a speech. Orangebolt walked up to Macro. "You said you wanted to be a Wonderbolt right? I also wanted to be a royal guard once. How about we switch bodies?"
Macro turned from a convosation, almost stunned at the question. "Wait, what? Switch bodys. Well, I.... I'm not a royle guard but, I have always wanted to be a Wonderbolt. But then, Luna....." Macro shook his head from continue what he was going to say. "Even if I though this could be a good idea, how would we do it?"
"I'll call up my friend, Twilight." Orange bolt picks up his Pony with his magic and tried to call a number. "Why do I have this?" Orange threw it in the fire. "Looks like we're heading to ponyville." After some flying they approached a tree. "Twilight? You there?" Orangebolt knocked on the door. The door opened up and a purple unicorn came out "Oh hey Orangebolt! anything I can help you with?"
"I'm still not 100% about this Orangebolt. I mean it sounds good but. There mey be some flaws" Macro said as they came to the tree. He looked to the pony that opened the door, he knew her from the palace, sometimes he would go to see the magic school and see who was where for Princess Celestia. And Luna offten metioned her from the things Twilight had been doing for Princess Celestia.
"We would like to swap bodies for a day." Said Orange. "You're not serious right?" Asked Twilight with a sceptical look "We're serious." "Ok... I'll try to find a book" "Like this one?" A pink hyper active pony asked. "How did you- never mind let's start" after 5 minutes, the spell was done, and orange and macro were in each other's bodies
"How did I let you talk me into this?!" Macro said looking over his new body. "This is just, odd. I'm not use to the size and you feel realy light." He said as he floated around the room slightly. "Ok, if we are going to do this, I want to set out one or two rules. Number one, not touching anything in my room. All of that stuff is royal work related. And two, no geting into deep convosations with Princess Luna! Last thing I need is for something to steer off with us. Clear?" (I have to go now so I will cheak this while I'm at work if I can..... I 95% chance will not be able to, and if not then I will just do it when I get back so yeah. G'night)
Crash pulled out the two halves and handed them to Firebreeze. "I found them in an old stone and brick house along with...." Crash hesitated. "Never mind, so that's one of the journals right."
Fire looked a bit disappointed by how the journal was in half, "Oh, damn!" He examined them for a minute, "Oh well, I know somepony who can fix it up. Thanks, it's the right journal by the way."
"Oh well that's good news. Maybe I could join you in looking for the rest of them." He gave a big smile.
"Ok great when you head out you can find me in the read shed with the blue sign on the front." He pointed a hoof in its general direction. "As for now I need to attend to something there." Exchanging goodbyes Crash started back to his shed.
Getting his answer, he also learns that the party for the winners is in Cloudsdale. Thanking the pony for the information, he walks away, grumbling about how inaccessible the party is. Feeling that he should make himself appear a bit more dignified, he quickly ducks into an alleyway. Once there, he uses his magic to give him a personally designed suit of ice. Stepping back out from the alley, the sun gleams off the crystalline ice now making up his suit. To those who look, it appears as if his entire torso and back have been encased in ice, with intricate patterns swirled throughout almost akin to snowflakes, and dagger-like icicles hanging off the front like a tie. Unable to think of anypony to talk to in Canterlot, he makes his way to the train station. Fortunately, he doesn't have to wait very long before the next train shows up. He boards the train after purchasing a ticket, and makes his way to an empty boxcar. Glancing out the window, he recognizes Macro suddenly flying off toward the same destination he has, Ponyville, with the distinct black and gold trail following behind the pegasus. Frowning slightly at the boxcar remaining empty as the train takes off, he relaxes into his seat. A few moments later, the ticket inspector comes through. "All alone again, Winter?" the inspector asks with a frown. Looking up, surprised by the voice, he recognizes the inspector as one of the ponies he sees regularly anytime he uses the Ponyville Express. "Ah, hey there. So it would seem. Oh, here's my ticket," he replies, using his magic to reveal the ticket. The two exchange pleasantries until the train reaches Ponyville. Upon reaching the destination of Ponyville, he disembarks from the train and starts walking into the middle of town. Finding it odd that Pinkie Pie isn't around patrolling for any newcomers, he figures she must be at one of her friends' houses. He continues walking through town in no particular direction, curious if he will bump into anypony he knows.
Macro walked out of the the tree, still looking over his new body for the day. He shook his head and flew off, he tryed to go at a normal pase but shot of down ponyville. He halted and said to himself. "Oh my god, why am I doing this?!" He shook his head again and flew off towards the train station, he sat down and lightly fell asleep, the party had worn him out and his new body must have been too.
Orange flew back to Canterlot and back to his (Or Macro's) room. He sprawled out on the bed and yawned.
Macro awoke, about a hour later. He was groggy and could just make out some pony calling Orangebolt's name. "Orange? Orange?!" Macro woke up fully as fast as he could to see it was Derpy, Macro knew her from when she delivered him a letter from one of his friends in Ponyville. ""You alright Orange?!" She said, her left eye being the only one looking at him. "Yeah, I'm fine just uh.... Yeah I'm fine." It was dark now, and Derpy's hair still seemed bright. "Wait," Macro said notacing that she had her mail bag on. "Why are you delivering mail at night?" "It helps so I don't have any in the moring silly!" She said, closing her eyes in acomplishment that she though that delivering moring mail at night helps. "Well, ok then.... Do you know when the next train is?" "Not untill tomorrow, I think." Macro sighed and turned around to face Cloudsdale. "Thanks anyway Derpy." He said as he lightly flew off towards Orangebolt's home. He thought he may aswell try top speed while he can. He put all the power he had into his wings and shot off, before long he was at Cloudsdale and he landed taking in deep breaths. "Right..... Oh where in the hoof does Orange live?!" He shouted, a nearby pony stoped at staired at him. "Uhhh. You lost or something?" The pony said. "Uhh, yeah.... Any chance you know where I live?" Macro said trying not too seem as stupid as the question was. "You forgot where you live?" "Yes! Now do you know?" "Well, no! But why not just spend the night in the hotel? Untill you can even remeber where you live." "Oh, yeah.... Thanks." Macro said as he flew off to the main hotel. He came to it and walked through the door, a pony behind the counter to faced him, she looked pleased to see him as she said. "Oh, Orangedash. Welcome! What brings you here tonight?" "It um.... A long story." "Ah, no need to tell, you room is waiting for you as always. Room 101 is all yours, expence free as normal." "Oh, perfect. Thanks," Macro looked at the name tag of the pony. "SilverScribe" "My plesure." Macro flew up the stairs at came to the room where he opened the door and just droped on the bed and fell asleep almost right away.
