She looked skeptical.

"Can you build a robot like that, Abel?"

 

She sighed, resting her head in her hands.

 

“I know you are,” she said flatly. “But there is one option that is better than all the others that you’re refusing to consider.”

 

She sighed, shaking her head.

“Don’t look at me like that.”

 

“The whole point of having one person go is so that the other person doesn’t run the risk of getting caught,” she said hesitantly.

 

She frowned, resting her head on her hand.

“I just think it’s foolhardy to have us both near the area, Abel.”

 

“Mine is a compromise. I don’t go in.”

 

She looked confused.

“What do you mean? I stay outside and I set off the explosives.”

 

"It's very unlikely that I'll get caught when I stay outside."

 

"That's only going to attract attention," she said gently.
