He laughed, slipping his shoes on heading toward the door. "So he will be presenting in town center. What are some good vantage points there?'
She considered this, thinking carefully. "It depends," she said easily, walking beside him, her hands behind her back. "I think the most tactical point would be the church clocktower. You'd have just about the perfect shot. That's right on the edge of the square though, and there's not an easy and discrete escape. Plus, I think that's where everyone would look first." She shrugged, balancing along the edge of the sidewalk as they walked. "I think the next best place would probably be the supermarket, honestly. There's a storage room on the third floor that has a window that looks out onto the square. No one ever goes back there; I've hid out in there for days and no one goes in."
He looked thoughtful, rubbing his chin as they went outside. "Is there a good escape route for the supermarket."
"Last time I got out was the ventilation system," she replied, tipping her head back to look at the sky. "But it closes the second and third floor during public announcements. You should be safe."
He frowned. "I'm not sure.. You should probably stay home, right? It's never been anyone else but me."
“I mean, don’t mess things up just because I want to be involved,” she hastened. “But if you can think of something for me to do...”
