He huffed, rubbing the back of his neck. "Well.. It's a lot. What you saw was only a small piece of what's really going on. Behind the scenes.." He sat down, folding his hands. "Do you remember CWJ?"
She frowned, looking over her shoulder. "Sort of... I was 11 when the Great Liberation occurred," she said quietly. "I remember my parents being frightened."
"I think they're trying to come back," he said lowly. "And they're using their advanced technology to do it."
She frowned, raising one eyebrow. "You think they're trying to come back? What... how? Why do you think that?"
He hesitated, before his expression hardened and he stood up again. "Just trust me. I have experience."
He stared at her incredulously before sighing, turning to go into one of the rooms. "Don't make a mess."
