She gave him a grin before leaving. Through the window, he would see her look around for a moment before running over to a building and beginning to scale up the wall, utilizing drainpipes, balconies, and windowsills.
She entered the planning room, leaning over his shoulder to look, her body radiating warmth from her run. "Whatcha doing?" she asked.
"I'm figuring out what to do next. You might not like it, but I think we need to destroy the bots that are being manufactured."
She rested her head on her hand. "I trust you 100%. If you say we're gonna blow some stuff up, I have the TNT."
"And I will be here to help," she said, standing up. "But first, I smell bad, so I'm gonna go shower."
She moved past him, reaching out and brushing the back of his neck with her fingertips affectionately before going to the bathroom to shower.
She emerged from the bathroom about ten minutes later, a towel wrapped around her. She went into her room and closed the door.
