Nightmares In The Night

"When we got close, we have to move to tortoise formation." Lightning said. "To cover from their ranged attack." He said. "Anyways, let's continue with the story."

 

"Yes." lunarina said "Well we moved forward as arrow rain fell onto our shields."

(A Phanlax is when the soldiers circle and protect all sides with their shields with the spears sticking out. Like in the movie 300 when the Persian arrows blocked out the sun.)

 

(I'm used to those Greek/Roman formations.)

Lightning smiled, looking quite interested in what she was saying.

 

"I decided to piss them off so i yelled 'That all you got? I can fight in the shade all day!' and needless to say the soldiers charged with the shadow ponies out front." Lunarina said smiling

 

"I'm surprised they decided to answer your taunt." Lightning said.
"Yes, me to." Darky said. "That is always a bad idea."

 

"Yeah well lucky them i poduced a black crystal wall that kill most of there generals and at least 1/3 of there underlings thus causing them to back off a bit."

 

"It was quite a good idea." Lightning said getting a bit closer to her.

 

"I know however they compleatly surronded after they reilized what the crystals were"

 

"Looks like it was too late when they realized that." Lightning said.

 

"It was as we were alraedy almost at the castle gates." Lunarina said

 

Nightmare hugged Darky as she spoke. He just let her hug him all she wanted.
Lightning nodded as she spoke.

 

I soon reached to the Throne room to see celestia out cold and Luna barely holding out."

 

"I knew he was strong but not that strong." Darky said.

 

Yes well i got the sneak attack on him and stabbed him threw the shoulder blade."

 

"Oh..." darky said a bit impressed because of that.
Nightmare and Luna snuggled him.

 

"Well he then turned his atention to me and well as you know we where kinda deadl0ocked." She said

 

He nodded as she said that.
Lightning was paying attention to everything she said.

 

"So as me and sombra were locked in a beam struggle Luna plunged her sword threw his chest however upon his defeat the entire empire disappeared"

 

"And that is how it happened?" Darky said surprised by that.
Nightmare didn't said anything and kept snuggling Darky, as well as Luna.

 

"Yes it is" Lunarina said
