Nightmares In The Night

Lightning went with him "Yeah, what is it?" He asked him

 

"Well there's this hatch that we can't get open" He said gesturing to a hatch close to the bottom of the water hold.

 

"Sure."Lightning said as he went there. He tried to open it with his magic but he was struggling to do it. "It's... jammed..." he said, but shortly afterwards it oppened.

 

The Intake was visible in the empty tank

 

Lightning decided to take a closer look.

 

Inside the intake was a dud torpedo. It was lodged and blocking the water flow.

 

"Now, here is the problem." Hes aid smiling. He tried to move it with his magic, but it was too heavy and stucked for it. "Gah... I need help." He said

 

5 different shadow ponies began pushing it and they were slowly making headway

 

After a while they finally managed to move it. Lightning made a sigh if relieve. "At least we managed to move it." He said

 

WAter began to flow back inot the intake but not into the tank they were standing in.

 

"Alright, that settles it." he said "now what?" he asked the shadow ponies.

 

"Now we put it all back together

 

Lightning nodded with his head as he helped them finishing the job.

 

"Thank you for your help." The shadow pony said as they began shoveling coal into the 4 furnaces that run the boiler.

 

"No problem." He replied, he looked around for a moment, seeing everypony workinh hard. He then decided to exit the room.

 

!st officer silver came in and said "What seems to be the problem?"

 

"Aparently there was a malfuncition in the boiler, but we managed to fix.it." he explained "you can take a look if you wish."

 

"Not required you are a friend of Lunis' which means i can trust you fixed it." Silver replied

 

Lightning made a small grin. "Now, is there anything else I could do to help? We still have a lot of time till we get back to Equestria." he said

 

"Is there a place we could stop for munitions?" Silver asked
