Darky smirked as he started charging against him.

 

Shadowcis hit him and almnost knocked him down on the first hit.

 

"Gah..." he quickly recovered his balance and got ready to the next try.

In this one he managed to beat him.

 

"Dang it." Shadowcis said as held out his hoof to darky.
Lunis laughed.

 

Darky shake his hoof happily, then he went with Luna, who was near the field.

"Congratulations for winning." she said to Darky as she kissed him.

 

Lunis luaghed and looked at nightmare "He is good i don't care what he says otherwise."

 

"It looks like you are right." She said with a smile looking at Darky.

Darky went back to the field for his next match, eager to see who it was.

 

"Welcome Ruby Glimmer head of the Crystal Army!" The anounncer yelled

 

"Great, now an army leader..." he said to himself.

"Good luck dear." Luna said happily to him waving.

 

She was clearly ready and looking at Darky with the eyes of a hunter stalking its prey

 

"Wow... he looks like he is trying to put fear on me." he chuckled a little. Darky got ready to charge.

 

Ruby charged first and managed to have Darky on his back. Meaning Ruby won in one go.

 

"Wait... what happened?" Darky said. This ponies were stronger than last time.

"Darky!" Luna rushed to his side. Since only Lunis and Darky could see her, there was no problem at all.

"He lost?" Nightmare asked Lunis surprised

 

"Ruby is a strong pony. I was still sure Darky would have won. But Ruby is a Crystal pony and this is their tradition." Lunis said

 

"Well, he had lost a lot of practice, it makes sense he had lost to such a strong opponent." Nightmare said

Darky stood up "I'm alright." He said to Luna "Just a little shocked. Crystal ponies are stronger than I thought."

Luna nodded and kissed his cheek

 

Ruby stood in the center of the arena as the Crystal ponies cheered their new champion

 

Darky walked to his side. "Good match, Crystal ponies are stronger than I thought." He said to him with a smile.

"Even he is graceful in defeat..." Nightmare said surprised.

 

"Indeed after all we have a saying 'When all else fails the Crystal Ponies don't' not to mention we are all Earthponies plus as a teenager all Crystal ponies spend time in the mines." Ruby said

Lunis smilied

 

Darky nodded. He smiled to him and left the field. Once outside he sat in a bench and sighed. "Well... that didn't go as I expected" he said to himself.
Luna sat beside him and kissed him. "Don't worry, nopony is perfect." she said
He smiled to her and kissed her back
