"stop from this height you won't face anything look I do want to talk just show me a place we can set down and not get attacked" Cloudcoat said stopping above the clouds.
She glared at him. "Pardon me. I don't talk to maniacs who pick us up and place us in clouds! If you would kindly return us to the ground, that would be most kind of you."
"Well I am not a maniac I just woke from a long slumber and would like to know what's going on. I would also gladly put you on the ground just point and ill go." Staring back at the mare.
settling on a cloud he starts "Lets start with names hello I'm Cloudcoat and if you would be so kind could you tell me the current forces at play?"
She shrugged. "I have no idea. I think there are people for the Elements of Harmony, and people against it. That's all I know."
Little filly? Little filly?! She fumed for a moment, and then sighed. "Brittlevine. Sicariusa Brittlevine."
"Quite a nice name, well Sicariusa I do apologies for grabbing you and will gladly take you anywhere you wish if you don't mind a few more questions." Cloudcoat replies a small grim across his face.
"What is it?" she asked, her face grim. Her cat purred, nudging her hoof, and she smiled slightly, her face softening.
"I would just like to know who stands where and a little general background, when you go to sleep for a hundred or so years you tend to miss some things, and I take it you have questions about me as well that I will answer to the best of my abilities."
"I don't have any questions for you." she said curtly, her hard face returning. "Really, I think you're asking the wrong person."
"Fair enough, then what do you do I saw the mugger you clearly aren't innocent enough to know nothing perhaps some gems may help me get some answers," He says smirking at the mare "or are you not that type of mare?"
Cari stared at him carefully. "Innocence has nothing to do with money or gems." she said, quietly. "You seem to have witnessed it all yourself. He attacked me, I fought back."
"Yes I agree your not at fault, but look at it from my point of view I can see there is a war going on, now I have a mare in my arms that knows how to fight and had an ambush coming for her. All likely hood I am now a fugitive for that side, so I would like some answers that prove your in the right in this fight. Or I can give you to them and see what they can tell me." He stated harshly staring hard at the mare now.
Cari's robin-egg blue eyes watched him carefully. "Listen to me, Dragon. I am not a good guy. I am not on either side. I am an assassin. A loner. This war is a stupid waste of life and time. It's... awful." she said, her breath coming out haltingly suddenly, and she turned her head away. She cleared her throat, and turned back. "Do not question my morals. I fight for myself alone. There is no right side in this battle. There is just cruel, destructive death."
"Calm yourself its alright I don't question it ... war is a horrid thing I have read and seen a bit this won't do any good that much is sure." pausing now with a caring gaze, "I see I chose right when I grabbed you lets get someplace to rest. Now where shall we go?"
Cari sneered, but it was clear her heart wasn't in it. "Put me down, and I'll find my own place to stay, thank you very much."
